I love getting my nails done and I’m a very picky about where I get them done as I am very specific. I took a chance with the nail tech Roxy and am beyond satisfied. I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she delivered. Throughout the whole process she would ask me questions regarding length and if I liked certain things a certain which as someone who doesn’t speak up when they don’t like something was extremely relieving. She’s clean, thorough, and meticulous with her work. Next time I visit the West coast I will be sure to come back!!If you happen to be around the area and aren’t sure where to get you nails done book an appointment with Roxy you will not be disappointed.

I used to get my nails & pedi done in 1 hour when i would go to the quick shops. Here at Ms. Tang's Nails and Spa it is a Luxury experience. I love the vibe the music and the energy given by the workers. Karen,
& Aiai set the standard high for the quality of nail artistry. The service provided is at a great value price for what you get. If you are there for just nails then you are missing out on a great experience. I feel so welcome when received and I can have such deep conversation with whom ever is assisting me with my services. It always feels like home. I don't make an appointment because it's convenient, close to home or cheap. I make an appointment because I get fulfillment when they treat me like a family friend and I feel comfortable enough to stop by for a walk in at Any time. Thankyou ladies for always showing love. ❤️

Normally a really good nail salon, love how they do their pedicures but maybe my nail tech was just having a bad day, I got an acrylic nail set, medium length with just French tip. (I’ll show the inspo pic then what I got). During the appointment she complained about three times how she was going to be over time because of the nail art I wanted on some of the French tip fingers. I booked the most amount of time I could on the website leaving us with an hour and half. She made little conversation with me through the appointment. It was my first time coming here for getting acrylics and I heard they do a pretty good job, but didn’t get her attitude. I was just over the constant complaining and lack of customer service that once she finished my French tips I said I was done and wanted to go, to forget about the nail art since she kept saying she would be over time even though we still had a decent amount of time for the design. I was checking out and she said the total was $80, I asked her how it came up to that total since it was just a French tip short- medium length as shown in the pictures and she said $65 acrylic $15 French tip. She didn’t give me a price base or anything since she barely talked to me but seems a bit overpriced for some short simple nails but just another reason why my experience wasn’t the best.

Came here because it was recommended to me by a lot of people that swear by Ms Tang’s. But i was dissatisfied to say the least and bummed i spent $65. When you book on their site, you have to put your card # in case you’re a no show or 10+ min late. I was seated 10 minutes late but I guess only the customer receives a consequence in that scenario. <— First red flag. The instruments that were used on me were not in peel packs or taken out of barbicide (unsanitized/unsterilized). The same instruments used on my feet were used on my hands also. My cuticles were not cut whatsoever on my hands for my gel manicure and the entirety of some of finger nails were not covered in gel polish. I was one of the last appointments for the night and by the time I was done they were already a little bit past closing time so I didn’t have time to mention it for it to be corrected. <— Second red flag. The worst part of it all, while we were finishing up my manicure (i had already had my pedicure) the shop was closing so the rest of the techs were “cleaning up.” I saw a nail tech take her instruments (cuticle cutters, nail clippers, etc.) to the sink where clients and techs are directed to wash their hands, and scrub her instruments with HAND SOAP and a brush used on clients fingernails to “wash” her instruments. <— Third red flag. The place was filthy, looked nothing like the pictures they have of the shop on google. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt or I would’ve walked out after just scanning the place when I walked inside. Technically, the last red flag is literally ILLEGAL for a nail salon to do. New or sterilized/sanitized instruments should be used on EACH AND EVERY CLIENT. I will definitely not be returning heee ever again. EDIT TO ADD: when the girl doing my nails did my manicure, she never soaked my finger nails, she just started cutting them and was putting so much pressure and just said “wow your nails are so strong!” and it hurt so much.

I will never go back-Worst customer service by the two owners. You do not post all prices online. $100 for a pedicure is absurd (price is not posted)—especially when my toenail lifted off shortly after. Nail tech does not do a good job when you don’t want what they suggest (hard gel) and didn’t explain what it was. I spent $150 a month for years and will never go back mainly customer service by the first two nail chairs. I’m sorry I do not know nail term lingo and would never expect you to understand my work language.

The service here is lovely, everyone is kind and hard working and the decor is beautiful. I got a pedicure done and the woman doing it (Brenda) is a great massager I felt very relaxed and comfortable. She’s a very nice lady and is always cracking jokes along with a good conversation. I would definitely recommend coming here!
