Went here for my wedding hair and makeup. Made the appt for 12 so I would not be rushed to meet the photographer at 4pm. When I arrived, they had me confused with another bride that wanted a 50's style hairdo. Not a big deal, but I feel like the stylist reserved for me due to the confusion was not a good match. While she was very nice and tried to accommodate me, it did not go well. I started to cry and got nervous bc it just looked awful after the first attempt. She was very sweet and tried again, even asked for opinions/help from another stylist. 2nd attempt was better but I still did not like it. There was not enough time to ask her to start over again and my makeup still wasn't done. So I just let it go but I definitely didn't love it. Other story tried to calm my nerves and brought it champagne which was very sweet. She was the one who did my daughter's hair which turned out amazing. Was not happy with the makeup either but was always getting late and I needed time to fix it beforehand. So I paid and left but immediately started crying afterwards. This was my special day and I spent a lot of money for something that I really didn't like. Went back to my hotel, took makeup off and redid it myself. My sister came and tried to fix my hair the best she could. Still didn't love it but it was better than what it was. Giving 3 stars bc the atmosphere and ladies there are very nice, and even though I had a bad experience, my daughter's hair and makeup turned out amazing. So I just did not have a stylist well suited for updo and bridal makeup. I'm not from the area or I would have done a trial run. Lesson learned.
