L'hotel è molto bello. se sei vicino alla montagna dove è possibile sciare in inverno e mountain bike in estate. Le loro cabine sono piccole ma molto accoglienti. Sono molto ben attrezzati. Sul tuo balcone c'è una griglia per mangiare un delizioso barbecue con gli amici o la famiglia

Disappointed. My least favourite brand in Hyatt's various hotels is the Destination by Hyatt. Staff are pretty great, and dining options are good but the rooms are old, and uncleaned. I checked into this hotel recently to find old and dirty dust sitting on the corners of the bathroom. Please keep your rooms clean.

This might be our 18th or 19th time staying at Vail Residences at Cascade Village and every time, we love it so much that we simply have to come back again. We “strayed” one year and went to Big Sky Montana and vowed that we would never make that mistake again! This property is just so well-managed and everything about it is hasslefree and easy: The ski-in/ski out feature is invaluable and our guests are blown away every time we take them skiing on this magical mountain.||Although there are so many options for staying in Vail Village or Lionshead, we come back here for one singular reason and that is the customer service/attention that we receive from the entire team, led by Stasi. She and every member of her team make us feel like valued guests, and I can’t begin to note the extra efforts and small touches they provide that make such a difference.||The general manager, Houston Perkins, also treated us so well & made us feel like a true part of the Hyatt family. ||Don’t miss out on using their terrific spa, small but well- equipped gym, and shuttle service into town. This is the only place to stay if you’re coming to Vail!

Cancellation policy is purposely misleading. Tried to find other alternatives with the hotel but they had minimum nights and crazy high winter rates.

Stasi and her team provide exceptional service and support for the beautiful properties they represent. I cannot say enough about their customer service orientation, responsiveness to any request, and their overall professionalism. Every home we’ve stayed in here has been exceptional. All of these are reasons we keep coming back year after year. The hotel lounge and restaurants are equally great. We LOVE this place!

We stayed in penthouse number 4 which is a platinum level and it was just okay. There were no napkins, paper towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, pot pad holders in the kitchen. The lighting was terrible - all the light bulbs need up leveled. The blinds in the main room and master bedroom didn't function properly so the view was obscured. Nice amount of space and the bathroom showers were great. We were there during mud season so paid a reasonable rate but otherwise would have been disappointed.

I booked top tier condo but had several maintenance issues with the unit during our stay and did not get fixed prior to our departure. accessibility to grand Hyatt is plus, mattresses were worn out in all 3 rooms. easy check inn & check out process.

One of the nicest luxury ski resort area condos we've stayed in, but pricey. We were in the Millrace condos, right on the Gore Creek trail, which is a great place to walk (we walked to either Lionshead or central Vail each day). A couple of tips. Find the website where you can view and select an individual unit, so you know what you are booking. Based on other reviews here and prior experience elsewhere, it is hit-and-miss if you let the resort pick your condo for you. Come prepared or be ready to go shopping if you intend to cook. There were no spices or salt+pepper or aluminum foil, etc. in the unit and only 4 coffee filters.
