I had an appointment today with Rylee and she was THEEE sweetest and most wonderful person! We didn't have many words during the appointment because I am an overnight worker so I dozed off, but the few we did have were pleasant! She is over flowing with positive energy. My lash fill is full, upon completion I didn't have any irritation, no glue was sticking, no burning from the glue accidently getting in my eyes! Just beautiful lashes and beautiful service from a beautiful soul.

I do not recommend this studio. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first bad experience but it just kept getting worse. The first person who applied my lashes, who I learned later quit the company shortly after, packed gel too close to my eyes and I had take PTO the next day to go to an eye doctor to get the swelling to go down.

Second trip the lady I got was actually great. My lashes looked great and she was really nice.

Third time (and last) I confirmed my appointment but then they called me on the day of to ask if I could change my appointment time and move it earlier. I told them I'd try but I had a conflicting appointment right beforehand. I still left early but I called the front desk to tell them with traffic I wasn't sure if I would be a few minutes late to the new appointment time. I was told that I would either have to pay for a mini session out of pocket or be charged a cancellation fee!

I am beyond disappointed. I will not be paying a cancellation fee for something they changed on me with less than 24 hours notice and will be terminating my monthly fill membership with them.

Raven is exceptionally calm and kind, creating a comfortable atmosphere. My lashes now look natural and voluminous, exactly how I want them. I appreciate the ease of booking every two weeks with Raven, especially after experiencing availability issues elsewhere. I’m thrilled to have found someone who makes me feel confident and relieved with my lash upkeep. Highly recommend!
