Ended up in the ditch off the side of the highway with my boat trailer with significant damage, trailer was repaired very timely and better than expected. Fair pricing. I expressed interest in a collectible car that she had there in the office
and after hooking up my boat and coming back in to pay. I was presented with a gift and an autograph from a special person. Thank you.

A vehicle from Double B Trailers LLC backed into and rammed my car this morning at a stop light. I was too stunned and honestly scared to approach. License plate 9000 UD - Used Dealer. FOUND YOU.

Wow these people are unbelievable.. brought our car hauler to have something welded on.. maybe a hour of work if you draaagggg it out.. was told wouldn’t be over a hundred bucks.. then we get there and it’s almost three hundred.. I see how they make there money.. I will not recommend them to anyone.. not nice at all...

After receiving a call from them we got the situation fixed. Very nice people and very understanding. But great work, just needs more commutation and up fount with add on prices..

Lost a marine trailer axle cap. Texted a pic to the parts manager and they took my payment over the phone and left the part outside for me (I couldn’t get there until after hours). Excellent service.

I went to look at an RV they listed on Craigslist. I had arranged a time with them in advance. I showed up went in the store. I was completely ignored. They continued to ignore me while I walked out back to look at the RV. It had keys in it already (why they got 2 stars instead of just 1). I checked out the RV and decided it wasn't right for me. I then proceeded to leave without anyone there ever even acknowledging me. It was a very weird sales experience.

Excellent work. friendly family owned company. And very fair on prices!!
