As I age, it works nicely to change hair styling from a marine box cut to a modern skin fade. Josh and his team adapt deftly among classic as well as contemporary styles. The delightful ambience makes the shop a brilliant example of multicultural art. A cloth sign on wood suggests, " Welcome all who come here."

And so, the barbers do. There are traditional single mothers accompanying pleased young boys. There are the punk style toughs with body art down an arm. Near the left wall, a friendly Mexican uses scissors, not always clippers, to shape the hair of a Cherokee. On the right, a grumpy traditionalist looks at his watch with measured contentment. And there's the retired African American professor who writes this review. As Stevie Wonder used to sing, "there's a place in the sun for everyone."

In short, this friendly business promotes American haircuts within the full range of the term. The shop is a microcosm of what the nation should be. The harmonious environment is quite exemplary, the communal tone unrivaled.

This wonderful shop signifies a sacred space where everyone is accepted, and everyone belongs.

And every cut comes off perfectly.

I talked to somebody before I came. They said They close at seven also it says online they close at seven. I drive an hour away just to have one guy in the corner to tell me repeatedly we’re closed were closed and the other guy to say I can take care of you but it’s gonna cost you more if I was there at like 645 or something like that But I was there at 6 o’clock. The door says six and he pointed that out. But like I said, I drove an hour away From here Me owning a business myself This is not how I would treat my customers, Only came because it looked like they did a good job In the pictures online, too bad, they don’t have the common decency to take care of their customers.
