I am very happy with my new haircut. Martin is very skilled and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing, is very professional, and makes you feel like a family member: right at home and comfortable. He helped me make the smooth transition from long to short hair, guided me with selecting the right products, and also explained how to use them. The entire staff gives great customer service. I highly recommend Urban City Barbershop. Martin is the man!

Great experience. I loved everything about the experience, and I would only want them to change one thing.

Shawn hadn’t been there too long, but was a great barber. When he couldn’t quite figure out my bothersome cowlick, so he got some help from another barber for a little bit. The hair came out really great. All the people there were professional and helpful. I would love to come back if only I lived in San Antonio and not in Seattle.

The only thing I would change is to include washing my hair. I had lots of little hairs all over my neck and ears.

Urban city is the only place I go to for my hair cuts and beard. My boy Nate is the real one. Always has attention to detail, tell him what you want, he will make it happen. On top of that, everyone who works there is chill and cool. I don’t trust any other place for my Hair and Beard. Truly the best place to go in SA and TX.

Nate was an incredible Barber. He was observant and communicating, I was confident the whole time that he understood what I wanted. My least anxious haircut in years. He was very friendly, and made the environment in the shop much more inviting. 5 stars to this talented professional. I will be recommending friends.

Have been coming to this barbershop for over 3 years and they never disappoint. Anthony hooks it up every time. Shop is clean and very personable. Have also been cut by David & Nate and they do a great job. Would definitely recommend.
