Our experience at SOAK was absolutely wonderful! The staff were fantastic, and it was great to see a business employing amazingly talented young women from diverse cultures. The cocktails were also incredible. We are so happy and relaxed after our pedicure’s 🙂

I spend 2 hours and more than 200$ to repair my nails extension,but I'm not happy with them. Technician wasn't professional.
My nails are uneven and bumpy and they looks are tilted .
Very disappointing for second appointment. I waist my time.

I'd like to update my review,I called them and talk them about my concerns,they booked me again with one of the best technician wich her name is NAI and she is amazing ,I'm so happy with my nails and their customer service is perfect.

From opening the door to goodbye - I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
Amazing experience I could of fallen asleep such a lovely atmosphere. I had my eyebrows tinted and also had an eyelash lift today. Soak has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. The Team are all lovely. They don’t make you feel rushed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I loved Soak! It’s friendly and the technicians do an amazing job. I’ve been visiting for years. Unfortunately, the recent price increases are exorbitant. I appreciate it’s a lovely environment and I have always, previously, been prepared to pay for this. However, a 20% price increase and I’m walking down the road for my services. ?

Shoutouts to KANNA for her ultra professional and friendly service, she went above and beyond to fix my chipped nails a week after I got them done. Opulent and stylish beauty bar. Thank you to the team at SOAK Bar + Beauty, the service is top notch, friendly and welcoming at all times. The services itself are absolutely amazing. My wife has been getting her nails done and the polish lasts for weeks and the quality - just amazing, best part she can have a drink whilst getting pampered! What more could anyone want! Thank you to Carlie and Matt and the team at SOAK!

French girl, Cindy, looked after me today for all the treatments: Full pedicure, half leg wax. My first time experiencing the concept of having a drink, alcoholic or not, whilst being pampered. I like the idea. Today just a sparkling mineral water. Next time, I'll try the popular Pomegranate Sour cocktail, which sounds delicious.
The strip waxing was done in a private room. Excellent result.
The pedicures are handled in the public area along with other clients. It was okay! I thought I'd mind, but I didn't. Today, it was good to see two pre-teen boys having their first time pedicure experience, courtesy of their mother. Get them early, I say!
Appointment was handled through the Fresha app, including payment and future dates, including making sure Cindy looks after me again. The only complaint about Fresha I have is the virtually daily reminders of one's appointment; really not necessary.
