I came in today for my yearly touch up. I am extremely happy with the results! Elysia is the Best she is very thorough and detailed. She makes sure that you are happy with the shape and style. It is the best decision I have ever made. I have been drawing in my eyebrows for over 20 years. Micro blading has saved me so much time and money by not having to buy eyebrow product. Erica is really sweet she makes sure you’re comfortable. They have the best customer service which is rare these days. The pricing is also the best, I did a lot of research before deciding to go through with it and her prices are the best and the quality is extremely good. I highly recommend Hera, you will not be disappointed.

I was made feel welcome by Ericka right from my arrival. My appointment started right on the clock and I was given numbing cream. The design process was meticulous. Elysia is a true artist who understand not only the "rules" but also proportion and the way it will translate to your features.

The process was very straightforward. It did hurt a bit, but nothing I could not tolerate.

This place is very good. The skills and service are all on points. The front staff are very clear about the pricing, appointment time, touch up info, discount deadline rules. No game playing or unclear business tactics. She is patient and has excellent attitude. I have thin and almost no hair on the tips of my eyebrows. I have always wanted to do micro-balding but I am afraid of the pain. I was very resistant, hesitant, and scared about permanent tattoos until my friend recommends this place. Elysia is very professional, patient, and friendly; she made the whole process smooth and painless. I really like my tattoo eyebrows. it makes me look more energetic and awake lol.
