I found my experience very frustrating and cannot recommend this store. The employees appear to engage in fraudulent activities with gift cards, and Sephora seems to turn a blind eye. They really need to investigate their staff more thoroughly. Instead of providing solutions to customers, they seem to allow the staff to continue their behavior. I advise against visiting this store and suggest finding another option, as I no longer trust them.

Obvio espere a mi esposa en los asientos de fuera hehe pero la atención estuvo muy bien, tanto prueba de maquillaje sin estar de groseras, hay suficiente staff para ayudar. También nos atendieron en español y la gerente muy amable para que nos respetaran la atención, la compra, y también el regalito por nuestra compra.
No ofrecen una explicación rápida detallada de los productos sino hasta que nosotros les explicamos que utilizamos regularmente sus productos, pero una ves que ven que los usamos normalmente ya nos ofrecieron diferentes especificaciones.

La plaza está bonita, y hay varias cosas para ver, comer y esperar a la esposa.

They're friendly over here! I thought they were going to be following me around because I look like a criminal. But naw, they were very helpful in me getting some grade A cologne so I smell as good as I look. Sephora in downtown - no retail racism and good vibes for the tribe. Decent selection of colognes (that's what I was here for). I would most definitely return to this Sephora location.

Stood waiting for 10+ minutes for anyone to help me. Was going to buy 3 perfumes. Everyone ignored me, coworkers talking to each other. I usually don’t care bc whatever, I’ve worked retail, but you don’t acknowledge me at all? I asked for help twice too and they just vaguely pointed at a corner of the store and said “it’s there” instead of showing me, and when I went to the corner they pointed at, I couldn’t find what I wanted and the employees in that section didn’t help me.

Rude customer service from a big black lady. I was only asking if she worked there and responded rudely saying she was helping someone else at the moment. I only wanted to ask a simple question. She could have asked what I needed and then simply say that she was with someone and that she could have helped me once she was done. Once I asked my question, she responded rudely. The line at the register is also long and they only have one person working in the register. I will say, the lady from the entrance was really nice though, the one with red hair so thank you! But as for the other lady, having an attitude like that won’t get you anywhere far

The store is located 2 floors below Zara and H&M store. The store's decent size, not too small, not too big. Parking is a hassle in DTLA but the mall has parking structure. I visited the store on 8/22/21, it apparently opened about a month ago. All in all it was a good experience, just like any other SEPHORA store.

Rude customer service was provided the last time I went shopping for perfume. I told the worker I wanted a bottle of the Valentino perfume. She asked which one and I told her the one in the pink bottle. She responded by telling me “that the information I was providing to her was not helpful.” I got the perfume but, this was so unexpected you do not speak to customers like that!

I knew a bit much about skin care pertaining to my wants. The skin care expert wanted me to share what I knew, which was very engaging. There's no price to expensive for my skin care wants.
