Good experience. Probably helped that I went early, so there was no queue and great barbers there. They listened and will offer advice if they think it is needed. It is nice to have a chat with the barbers, and the service is great! We even had a visit from a cute wee dog (not affiliated with them). Still as good as ever although there were no syrprise visitors.

I have been visiting Fade masters for a few years now, since around 2018. Recently I have been getting my Hair cut by Ahmad who is great, really professional and easy to communicate with. I hadn’t visited in 6 months due to going travelling and upon return it was so easy to get back to having my haircut exactly how I like it. The barbershop has a good vibe, clean and also has the opportunity to have a nice cold drink whilst you wait! Perfect *

Asked for a tidy up and he butchered 80% of my hair off.

Completely rushed by the lad cutting my hair, was done in about 10 minutes and I had a lot of hair to cut - won't be returning.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Fade Masters Barbers Club, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever encountered. From the complete lack of organization to the absence of contact details for their barbers, this place is a prime example of how not to run a business.

First and foremost, let's address the issue of professionalism—or rather, the lack thereof. Upon entering the barbershop, I was greeted by a chaotic and disorganized environment. There was no clear system in place for managing appointments, and it seemed as though the staff had no idea what they were doing. The atmosphere was anything but professional, with barbers engaging in loud, distracting conversations that made it difficult to relax or have a peaceful experience.

Now, let's talk about booking. Despite being advised to contact the barbers directly, there were no contact details provided anywhere in the shop or on their website. It was baffling to see a business operating in the digital age without basic contact information for their barbers. How are customers supposed to schedule appointments or discuss their preferences? It's clear that Fade Masters Barbers Club has no regard for customer convenience or satisfaction.

The lack of organization extended to the services themselves. The barbers appeared untrained and ill-equipped to handle even the simplest of requests. It was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail required for professional haircutting. The end result was a sloppy and unsatisfactory haircut that left me feeling extremely disappointed.

Furthermore, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members seemed disinterested and apathetic, displaying no willingness to assist or engage with customers. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to be there. Any attempt to voice concerns or provide feedback was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of accountability.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Fade Masters Barbers Club. The unprofessionalism, lack of organization, and absence of contact details for their barbers are clear indicators of a poorly managed establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a barbershop that values professionalism, customer service, and genuine care for their clients.

Fade masters are a good no frills quick in and out barbers. They are efficient and give you a good haircut. No gossiping or talking which I prefer as I can't be bothered striking up chit chat during a haircut. Price very good at 13 quid for a haircut. I just show them a pic of my previous haircut and they are do it well! They offer a drink too which is nice of them.
