Had a good experience with Vivian doing my builder gel. When it came time 2 weeks later to have it removed Vivian wasn’t there. Qing used a rotary tool to remove, no soaking in acetone foil wraps. She literally took layers of my nails off. Took three weeks for sensitivity to go away. My nails look horrible !! I hope they eventually heal completely.

Service was okay. Parking lot was very confusing to find and employee wasn’t able to give me the right direction, due to the language barrier. Parking is at the back next to the car wash , very compact space and still needed to walk all the way around to the nail salon.Got gel x with xs small length and the employee gave a me look on when I picked xs small . My gel x nails looked thick especially my thumbnail but have a good selection on gel colors. I have small and skinny fingers so you can easily tell. My regular pedicure was okay with a very small selection of regular polish. Extra $3 dollar charge if you get an OPI color. My gel x was $70 plus regular pedicure $30. A $3 dollar charge is using card.

I was a walk-in customer who got there at 7:30pm. Super cute salon. One girl checked me in, an got me seated with a nice food drink, she also gave me the run threw with what size nails an color an what I was looking into. I waited a few mins maybe 5, for the other worker to get done with a customer nails. And then she got started on me. The worker was super friendly and fast. They charged me $70 for this set. And that's even with their 20% off store opening coupon. But overall. Loved it. Will be back next year

Grouponer, first time at this place. There is parking in the back but they keep the door locked so you have to walk to the front. While getting a mani/pedi, the lady turned my hand to color my thumb, my pinky nail got wiped off onto the mat. I told her immediately so she could go over it one time. She said "it's fine, I'll fix it with the top coat." It didn't get fixed and there are 2 streaks on my coat. This store does not care about their customers and make excuses instead of being accountable. With a name like Barbie Island, expect to be treated as a peasant.

Response to unprofessional business owner. That was super argumentative and condescensing. I asked for it to be fixed. I got denied. This was my experience. It is important others aren't fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Your 2 star just went to 1 for your very unprofessional response.

I just came here for a mani and pedi and loved it. Prime location, brand new, clean facility with nice massage chairs and a super cute pink theme interior. They even have a pink Christmas tree! My technician really took her time cleaning up my hands and feet and they offered me rose bubbly. I've already texted my friends about coming back with me.
