Stopped by after lunch in the area and had an amazing experience. The team (Jason, Gabriela, and Eunice) helped me and my sister with complexion matches and how to get the most out of the products. We took time for a mini-photo shoot! Next time I'm in LA, will definitely stop by.

This is a gorgeous store. It really is. It's laid out beautifully and seemed to be well stocked. Staff greeted us when we walked in and we searched for what we were after. My sister made her purchase first, and then as I stepped into her place to be served next, the girl behind the counter just walked away. No other staff noticed this as they were dealing with some "big wigs" from head office or something, who seemed to care more about how to make more money doing this, that and the other, than serving customers who were at the counter. When eventually the girl noticed her error, there was a slight apology and then business as usual.
A company is only as strong as their weakest link, and if something like this happened again, I'd be inclined to purchase other brands considering their competition is everywhere. With that said, the products are good, though expensive, and it's worth using all the testers you need as I've found some of their products can look a little orangey on.
Overall, if it weren't for the convenience of being inside a mall, I would be inclined to buy their items at a department store over here, but if you're already at The Grove, then do check out the aesthetics of this store.

I walked in with a friend and ended up spending over $300. Gabriela was so nice. She showed and explained so many wonderful products to us. I highly recommend coming here and trying out so many wonderful products.

Amazing! Not only is the makeup an unbelievable quality, but the staff here are so knowledgeable and helpful in teaching my grandma and I how to put the makeup on. I was helped today by Cameron, who had a full face of charlotte tilbury and honestly made it look as flawless as Sabrina Carpenter’s look. I definitely 10/10 will come back to this location for any makeup needs.

Love the products and everything!

Disappointed that the staff did not focus on helping the customers. They rather chat with their coworkers about the new bag one just purchased. Very cute though but c’mon can someone please help me.... I drove really far to just check this place out and buy couple things. Ugh so disappointed.

Time to go home and purchase don’t have to deal with the employees here.

Charlotte Tilbury at the Grove has great products, a great vibe, and even better MUAs.Their products are top notch. Dalton nailed my skin color and texture perfectly and knew exactly what colors look best on me. He gave me a beautiful look and educated me throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

The rest of the staff was friendly as well which creates a really welcoming vibe that only enhances their talent and knowledge as artists. Charlotte Tilbury has raised the bar for beauty stores by bringing back a personal, expert hands-on approach with quality products, and I’m totally here for it.
