I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shae for a photo shoot and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to the look I wanted. Her talent and attention to detail are incredible—she created a flawless, look that exceeded my expectations. Not only is she highly skilled, but she’s also professional, kind, and easy to work with. The makeup looked stunning in photos. I will definitely be booking her again for future events!

Great makeup artist. We had her for my friend's wedding, she was right on time and finished everything on time. The foundation matched my skin tone and it felt so natural. I definitely recommend her and for sure book her again in the future.

I had make up and hair performed on November 11, 2023. Unfortunately, the experience was not well at all. I never thought of writing a review until I received an email on my Yahoo account today about make up tutorial.

My negative experiences:
I received a text message stating about additional charges if I were late on my way to see her, it was sent to me by accident. Additionally, when I came, she was late to do my make up and hair because she was still working on another client who was supposedly the one she meant to send that text to, which was sent to me by accident. I was still patient. For my hair, although pretty, was not what I asked for. I asked her prior to services if she could do hair as such and she said yes. She couldn’t. For my make up, I came in looking better than when I came out after her make up.The make up looked very amateur, I ended up looking like a new drag queen who did not know how to blend make up. I told her I was not satisfied at all with my make up, there was no discount received. I still tipped. I asked her to please not post before and after photos. She agreed. Lastly, she rushed the process and spent less time than what I had signed up for because she had a wedding appointment to go to since she was already running late due to former client before me. I had to wipe off the make up and just go how I normally do make up myself. Huge waste of time and money for me.

Pros: the woman before me, she looked fine and seemed very happy with her work.
Note: I am Asian, and I feel she may be able to do make up well, although just not for me and possibly Asians like me.

Did my mother and sisters makeup, but the results were not as desired. Additionally, the restroom facilities within her place of business are not accessible to customers, and the hairstyles provided were not satisfactory.
