Christina is very talented with permanent makeup. However, she is also very talented at swindling hidden fees! Her fees and charges are not consistent and her verbal communication is not consistent with her charges that are advertised in the studio and on-line.
Make sure you have a written contract with her before getting any services if you have to have a repeat encounter to complete your permanent makeup.

I am beyond furious with my experience with the Permanent Makeup Studio. I went in for a brow service and was scheduled for a touch-up at another business location just a few doors down called Trendy Lash Styles. When I showed up, I was told they were "closed for business, we’ll take care of your service.”

This turned out to be a blatant lie! The place was open when I walked by, and they were clearly trying to take advantage of me. When I tried to sort this out, the owner was nothing but rude, defensive, and completely refused to take any responsibility.

I originally got microshading and Christina did tattoo brows on me which is not my original service!! I feel totally scammed and disrespected. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. This is not a place of honesty or running a proper business.

Made an appointment with Christina via the phone spoke with her told her my schedule situation. We booked for Saturday 6/1 2pm. I was asked if I wanted to come in earlier for another appointment time and received a text message at 6AM this morning?!!! I explained needed to keep my original appointment time that was convenient for my schedule. A reply of you can come in at 7pm today AFTER I said I needed to keep my original appointment. A couple hours go by and I am asked if I can come in at 12:30 that Saturday instead of 2 pm like Christina and I already spoke and agreed on, and I explained again in text message the reason why I needed to
Keep that appointment time. When I asked to cancel the appointment as this is becoming more harassment then it’s worth.. the girl said it was her job to try and push earlier appointments and she’s just doing what she is told. So screw the customer situation and what I have explained now 3 times but her job is to basically pressure me into changing my appointment time over listening to the customers needs. I never made it into the studio .. thank goodness I’ve never worked with any company that was so pushy and rude about an appointment time. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere since my time and my business isn’t valued nor respected.

Although I liked her, I don't feel she did right by me. She would not correct what I told her more than once what was uneven. I have two mismatched brows. Very brief with me. Not going back for anything Pretty studio but dirty furniture.

Is very unprofessional, Had procedure done she won't even come out and speak to us. What a disappointing experience as a woman.She should be kind and listen To what we have to say to her instead of hiding behind the wall. Beyond unprofessional , Very Pour people skills.

The work she performed was good. Need a touch up on my follow up. I texted her two times as she told me to do and someone would get back to me. Never heard a word from her or anyone. Customer service is bad.

The Permanent Makeup Studio is extra clean and well organized and the ambience is very chilled and classy. I fully trust Artist (Christina) with my eyebrows; she well educated on the beginning, application, after process and touch up. At first, I was terrified but she spoke to me and reassuring me it’s okay. The Artist walks through each process step by step. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you!,
