I’ll start off by saying I’m very picky about who I let work on my car. I Had an unfortunate failure of my MT-82 transmission in my 2018 mustang. Fortunately Tim was able to get my car booked in for service just hours after it happened. My car sat in their service lot for about a month while I dealt with my extended warranty company. But Tim was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Since the transmission was being replaced, I wanted a performance clutch and short throw shifter installed in the car. Tim informed me that they don’t usually handle after market parts, and that he would have to check with the technician working on my vehicle. They ended up installing the aftermarket parts at a fair price. Once parts arrived it only took them 2 days to get everything put together! Thanks again Tim, and thank you to the tech who worked on my car.

I’m very happy with the work and the service check on my transmission and my rotation balance of my tires. I worked with Marco’s in the service department and he was really respectful very nice to talk to you and help me coordinate getting my car into leave it with Ford for a few days. They did everything as expected met every goal that I wanted them to achieve and making sure my car is ready to go for the next 40,000 miles you know like the next 20,000 miles. Only problem I have is not Marco’s fault. Well my car was in the shop the mechanics noticed I have a loose or broken engine mount which is covered by my extended warranty that I bought when I purchased this vehicle Freeway Ford. So I had to schedule another appointment which luckily I have a time for by being an educator I have a backup motorcycle. I will only say good things about Marcos and his team it’s just that the Ford voyeurs and the warranty department have stated that even though my vehicle was in for service and warranty work because it wasn’t in for a specific warranty item I have to bring it back or something like that and then they can say this is under warranty even though I have the warranty can’t use the warranty while I’m paying for service not covered by the warranty. All that legal framework of you pay something but we won’t let you use it unless you need a certain criteria of being able to use your warranty. Marco is great he even found away from me to be assisted in utilizing my warranty before it does expire. Thank you the freeway for for selling me a good car when I was in need after a car accident I can’t see much more other than they are the best team I’ve worked with for purchasing vehicles they were respectful professional and I felt like I actually got a gift card for the amount I paid

Dishonest, dishonorable and rude. I have a whole recording of my interaction with these guys. They told me I needed a turbo, installed it. Got thousands from my warranty company and weeks later the turbo they installed is leaking. They won't fix it , in fact they banned me from getting repairs here. That is wild because they allegedly give work and parts warranty, but if they ban me they don't have to fix what they clearly messed up. The incompetence is insane.

This place is absolutely criminal, STAY AWAY! I needed an alignment done on a newer truck. They lied and said adjustments were made, the Techs notes state the alignment was in spec and no adjustment need. The steering is still crooked and they charged me $500 for an alignment check. I was a mechanic my whole life and shops like this give us a crooked name. There’s plenty of honest shops around Denver, DO NOT COME HERE.

This place is the entire reason why I now own a Subaru. I’ve had a good experience with Ford throughout my entire life, but this location is just the worst. They quoted me 3 to 4 days on diagnostics for my Ford 2011 Escape. We got to Friday (the end of the 5th day) so I called about it, and they said it wasn’t ready yet. So I agreed to leave it there over the weekend, but they didn’t mention they don’t work weekends. Then Monday came and they hadn’t even started my diagnostics despite having it for 7 days! I went 9 days without my car, having to rent and Uber, for them to outright lie about the part I needed repaired. I got the part they told me repaired for $2,000 and guess what? Wasn’t that part causing the issue. How convenient. They just wanted me out of their hair.

Anyway, stay away from here. This happened a year or so ago, and I doubt they’ve gotten any better.
