I will not be going back to this place its high priced and my nails look peach not a natural pink color they didn’t bother to shape the nails they are different lengths one hand the nail is longer than the other hand they look flat and it hasn’t even been a week and my nails already look like they need a fill. They done a awful job i am definitely not satisfied especially after having to $300 for a day at the salon I had my nails done better out in Utah for way less I should’ve never moved out here but I have faith I will find me a good nail person out here

What I asked for vs what I got…. The lady doing my nails was arguing with me when I told her I wanted a light pink powder she stated she only had three but then the person who ordered the supplies after she put the only “pink powder she had on my nails” said they have thousands of powder colors. I proceeded to say its okay can I paint the whole nail instead she was arguing again stating it was too transparent. I asked multiple times to paint a transparent nude. She did not listen and kept arguing with me. My nail was crooked I asked her to fix it.. once again she started arguing saying thats my nail bed… Them I noticed s huge bump on my nail from the acrylic she was painting over it knowing the nail was messes up I had to ask her to fix it and she proceeded with an attitude. I asked for french tip on my toes the nail techs are so inexperienced they could not even do a french tip. I said it’s okay just paint whole nail, he did not take off some of the polish which made a huge dip on my toe nail polish. WORST NAIL SALON EVER! STAY FAR AWAY! They charged me $145 for trash.

Linda at Cici Nail Bar was fantastic! She was fast, friendly, and gentle…i had my nails done for years and in many different placed…my nails have never looked better! She dis a great job! Thank you Linda!

I've gotten my nails done for years every 2 weeks, and within that time frame, i only was able to find one person to do them right. Then I moved and now I go to Cicis where I've found more them one person who could do the right!! I have my new nail techs. I highly recommend Cicis!! I will be back. They are also kid friendly.

Clean, and nice set up. They were ready to serve me as soon as I walked in the door. I happen to be on this side of town and have stopped in here before.

However, you can tell they been in business for a while and have gotten use to the flow of customers now is not lacking. My concern is depending on the nail tech you get, if she is a little lazy, she may take short cuts. I paid $60 for a pedi cure which is fine, but the nail tech didn’t clean under my nails. She rushed removing the old dry skin and rubbed the tool across the top of my nail like she did something. No exaggeration. Everything seemed rushed and now I am at home peeling off dead calloused skill off my toes and bottom of feet. Yes she didn’t scrape the skin off the bottom of my feet and the tool she did use didn’t do anything. The exfoliating scrub was good and massage was decent. We also had the wax which was barely warm. The salon has gotten ridiculous on its prices. What are we paying for at CiCi nails Definitely not a spa experience.

Today was my first time at CiCi Nail Bar and now I'm wondering what took me so long. I'm not someone who goes to get my nails done all the time, but maybe that will change. Tram did my mani and pedi and she was EXCELLENT! I was upfront, and told her that I was a baby when it came to getting my nails done. She didn't even try to use the cheese grater on my feet, which I REALLY appreciated! She also took the time to make sure the water and towels were not too hot for me. An amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back again!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years and haven’t had any issues. Today I went in and requested ombré dip (like one of the techs had). The mail tech did a terrible job; you can barely see the nude portion. I paid because she completed the job but complained only to be told that my nails look fine. They didn’t offer to fix them or even apologize for doing such a horrible job. I’ll never return.

Vinney is the best one in there !!! We just moved here in March. Now that I have found him, I will NEVER go anywhere else. Vinney, where have you been all of my life ?!?!?!? I post photos of my nails the first and the second time he did my nails... also the did the design on my toes... He is the MAN !!!
