Stay away from this place. I needed a tow so State Farm dispatched these guys. I tried to call them to let them know exactly where I was since I was on the side of the interstate. Called twice, someone picked up but didn't say anything so I hung up. Called back several more times, phone rang once or twice then I was sent to voicemail. This went on for around 30 minutes before I got fed up and just cancelled the tow as I was sitting on the side of the road with my child and needed someone to just come or at bare minimum pick up the phone. Luckily there was another tow company who actually answered their phone and came right away and after calling State farm and letting them know what happened, I was able to still be reimbursed for my tow. After reading these reviews and the weak rebuttals from the company, I am not surprised in the least that I had the same experience.

Tried to use their uhaul service. I prefer to deal directly with people when renting equipment. The only guy who had authority to rent me the vehicle wasn’t there. I had to checkout online and talk with the guy through one of the auto shop worker’s phone. After he told me the final price, which was 100 more than what the website said I would pay, and I didn’t agree with the price, he charged me anyway and said I’d have to call the 800 number to get the extra insurance charge taken off. After calling the 800 number, they said only the onsite representative could remove it. The whole transaction stunk to me. After talking with enough people I was assured the extra insurance charge would be removed. The rental contract I received had a signature on it that was not mine and the odometer didn’t match what the contract said the starting mileage was. After inspecting the truck, I found that the back door wouldn’t close because the spring cable was off the reel and wrapped around the door axel. The whole experience felt like a scam and I called the 800 number back to reverse the dispatch and cancel the reservation. DO NOT use this location for uhaul rentals.

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I was assigned this company by roadside assistance. I waited on them for 6 hours until I finally called a different company, and canceled roadside assistance. First time I called this company for an update, it went straight to voicemail. Roadside assistance got ahold of them twice, and each tine they said it’ll be 20 minutes. An hour goes by so I call them again myself. The guy on the phone says oh sorry there’s traffic it’ll be 20 minutes. The shop was 15 minutes away from me. Never use this company it’s horrible! Go with Imperial towing, they came and got my car in 15 minutes after I called them and took it straight to the dealership.

On 4/20/2018 I had requested roadside assistance through my insurance company. At 6:54pm I received a text message containing the tow truck drivers ETA,
"within 120 minutes". This seemed reasonable to me however after waiting 120 minutes the driver was no where in sight. I called the company directly to investigate the issue and had learned that the driver was traveling from Orlando and would be another 15-20 minutes before arrival. Based on the consistency of bad reviews on this company you can assume that the wait of 20 minutes was exceeded. At that point I called my insurance company, who contacted the towing company to figure out the problem. They had explained that it would be another 20-22 minutes before arrival. Here I still remain in my immobilized vehicle depending on this company's promptness while receiving "the run around". The time is 9:48pm and I just received a text message that explained the driver is "on the way". At this time my review remains at "terrible" for dependability and will be updated according to service and respect of the driver.

Get one star because you cannot give any lower. I wouldn't call this company to tow my lawn mower. My warranty company dispatched them with ETA of 60-180 min. After 2 1/2 hours with no contact, I was told eta of 35 min. This was an issue since my dealership closed at 6pm and locked the gate to the lot.. Had to reschedule to deliver to my home and reschedule for next day delivery. Waited another hour and still nothing.. Warranty company called to say the company wasn't answering the phone. After another 30 min they canceled the tow. I just contacted my own tow company and paid for the elservice. 5 hours of my day wasted by a very poor company. Do not ever use this service. They don't care about the customer. Btw, I never once was contacted by them in regards to delays..

They dude’s name was Ray. He has white grayish hair with matching facial hair. Smoked like a chimney. Showed up 3-4 hours late. On top of that, recommended us to “his” mechanic. When we got there, we knew it was not where we wanted to be. We get it over night, but chose to pick it up the next day, only to find it ransacked. People in the area told me to get my car and leave because that mechanic will take your car and sell it without you knowing it. Run away from them. Do not leave your car with them.

Worst service EVER! Very unprofessional! Woman who answered the phone had people and children screaming in the background, gave me attitude because I called upset after waiting 3 hours when quoted 60 min. Every time I called for an update they told us 5 . After 3 hours I was told there was another person ahead of me and they can get me in the morning. So I should leave my car to be towed? in total waited 3 and a half hours this company is a total joke! I wish I can give 0 stars

A very understanding and helpful service. Our rental broke down and we got it towed to the nearest rental. He was very kind and took care of us. Cheers brother!
