I visited Lay today for an eye lash extension session. I had spent 3 days searching Google to find a girl who could take me asap. I found Lay to possess gifted hands, a Godly spirit, and an incredible level of talent and industry knowledge. I left her studio today not only looking fine as hell, but my spirit rejuvinated. Finding a good lash girl is common; finding one who leaves a positive footprint in your life is priceless.

My sister and I had a formal event to go to recently and she went and got her make up done here, not only was the make up artist late for her appointment but then she did a HORRENDOUS job on her! She did not color match her skin even remotely close! She came home orange to the jaw line… she did not apply the lashes correctly, and her eye make up made her look like a drag queen from the projects, it was NOT what she asked for. And when she told the artist that she didn’t like it and it looked bad she claimed it was the lighting, she was so upset she ended up just paying and leaving and we literally washed her face and redid it when we got home. So when we messaged the owner to tell her how upset she was and asking if she could get a refund or credit or something, she blocked my sister for having “bad energy”. This is NOT how you run a professional business, this is not how you service clients nor how you treat people. If you choose to use this woman’s services, do so at your own risk and give yourself time in between your event to fix it yourself if need be.

I contacted Leandra (Lay) Rivera for my video shoot and I am extremely excited that I did. The work she does is worth every cent and I wouldn’t have changed a THING. We did our first look in the studio and she made sure everything from the foundation to the finishing touches were flawless. All other looks were done on the fly/on location and she did not disappoint! Each look she created was original and she was so thorough with every detail which made all the difference! I would reccomend going to her ANY time you want to look like a million bucks (Proms, weddings, photo/video shoots, night out on the town). When you go to this lounge you will feel like that girl from the magazine! 5 STARS

Leandra, the owner has a great spirit and has blessed hands . She always blesses my face with makeup as a work of art . And I literally go to only her for my lashes . Trust me if your in town , she will slay your lashes, makeup , and nails

Sadly this place is very hard to get into bc it's nearly impossible too get ahold of the owner to make an appt. It seems makeup & lashes is more of her thing and then brows. I can't knock her abilities bc she did a GREAT job on my brows & was VERY nice. So it's a real bummer I had to give up after 8 days off phone tag to opt to buy my own $30 tinting box on Amazon bc i couldn't get in contact or a call back to make a new appt. ?

Because of the reviews I selected to go here, eventho it was pretty far from where I live. I thought 5 stars reviews would be worth it. Well the same night I had them done I had 2 fall off. I had no makeup up on and I did not wet my face at all neither. Ridiculous. Never went back. Would not recommend.

I am a 30 yr old Mother/Wife and full time employee. I don't have the time nor the energy to play little games and bash someone's business for no reason. This was not a malicious review, this was a BAD review. Period! I'm positive you most likely don't remember me and that's because as I stated before I solely went to your shop based on reviews, not because I know you and it was ONLY ONE time, as I will never waste my money like that again. Put your big girl panties on and accept the good with the bad. Don't try to downplay a bad review Honey. This was simply a bad review stating my personal experience with ur lashes service and that service sucked, no way around it.
