I have been going here for years. I have received several facials and treatments from multiple estheticians. Jessica is absolutely phenomenal. Her staff is always kind and professional. I recently received a facial treatment from the wonderful Hanna. She takes great pride in her profession, is thoughtful when it comes to her client's experience, and always provides treatments that make your skin absolutely radiant. She even followed up my last treatment with an email the next day to make sure I was happy with the results. Above and beyond. I would highly recommend her services.

I recently had a CO2 CoolPeel laser treatment with Jessica Marie at Jmarie Skin Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Jessica was incredibly professional and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. I came in feeling unhappy about my active acne and the texture of my skin, but Jessica took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and needs. She tailored the treatment specifically for me, addressing all of my issues with expertise and care. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients are evident throughout the entire process. I felt completely confident in her care and am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Jessica for anyone looking for top-notch skincare services and products!

When looking for a med spa, it is super important to me that
1. I feel taken care of and welcomed by the entire team.
2. It is a one stop shop for all of my skincare needs.
That is exactly why I go to JMarie Skin Studio. The array of services they offer is incredible. The front desk staff is so welcoming and accommodating. And the providers are so attentive to detail, educating, and they really listen. I am so lucky to have found a med spa that makes me feel not only taken care of, but so beautiful & confident! 10/10 recommend coming here.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Jessica, the owner. I was scheduled for a 9:30 appointment but Jessica didn’t show up or call the office to explain why she wasn’t there. The receptionist said she didn’t know why Jessica wasn’t there, and advised that she had tried repeatedly to reach Jessica by phone to find out why she was a no show, but the receptionist had been unable to reach her. I was put in a room and waited for 30 minutes with no word! Finally, at 10:00 (now 30 minutes late) the receptionist came into the room to tell me Jessica had just pulled into the parking lot, but unfortunately — rather than coming inside — Jessica was sitting in her car chatting on her cell phone. I already had been waiting over 30 minutes and could not believe Jessica ( the business owner) had so little disregard for the value of my time that she would roll in 30 minutes late and then sit in the parking lot while talking on her cell! I decided that was the final straw and I left, leaving the message that Jessica just lost a client. Evidently, Jessica was unconcerned as she failed to followup with me for days to explain or apologize … and didn’t contact me until I posted a negative review on her FB page (which she promptly removed). When Jessica did call, what she said was that no one should have given me an appointment at 9:30 am as she typically starts her appointments at 10:00! Really? So she still did not take responsibility for what occurred, which is a huge red flag. There are too many other providers to choose from, which I’d rather do than go back to someone who could care less about a client like me who, by the way, has been giving Jessica business for years! Guess she just doesn’t need the business any more.

My appointment yesterday was so amazing! I seen Kinsey and she explained every detail , made me feel comfortable and confident in my procedure. She was very thorough, professional, and kind!!! I’ve been going back to Jmarie 3-4times now, their facial services are one of the best in Longmont! Not only resolved my skin issue (especially those stubborn milia) , also customized it to address my facial needs. Not to mention their massages are top notch - my body and mind are so relaxed after every visit. Highly recommended!

It's long overdue, but I couldn't go without sharing my experience at JMarie. I first visited nearly four years ago for facials and skin care, and from the very beginning, I was impressed. The staff members are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly caring. They took the time to educate me about my skin care needs and guide me through each step of my journey. Over time, I have tried various services including facials, Botox, fillers, and laser treatments, and every experience has been exceptional. JMarie is truly top-notch, and I can confidently say that I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!
