I researched quite a few permanent makeup artists and was most impressed by Cici’s online portfolio. Not only is she a great artist at what she does, she is very patient and attentive. I explained what I wanted and showed her numerous photos. I appreciate her knowledge and suggestions. I love how beautiful and subtle my combo eyebrows and lash line enhancement turned out!

Cilia is so good she fixed my brow that a student had done couple years ago, it was horrible but she made it look good I would definitely recommend her she knows what she is doing. I walked out of her salon feeling happy and satisfied.
