Had an awesome experience! Called ahead to get an appointment and the front desk staff was so friendly and super accommodating! Silvia and Linda did a fantastic job on my nails! I don’t get my nails done often but they did a great job guiding me on color choices for a wedding that looked good with my skin tone! They were so friendly and kind!

I have been here 4 times. I get eyebrows, honey milk pedicure $55 plus $20 Shellac and the I get eyebrows $12. Well the 3rd time I went, the guy put cold milk and honey on my legs. No problem. I go today Sat 10-05-24 and was gonna do the same. The shellac was $15 extra last time, now $20. So I had to tell the lady to do my cuticles on my toes cause obviously she was gonna slid right past doing it. She then immediately started pouring milk on my legs and in the water. I asked her if she was gonna put honey she said yes. So after painting my toes, she put milk on my legs, hot towels, lotion, and wax on feet. I asked her again about the honey she say yea yea I put. So after she cleaned my feet up she say you can go. Mind u there was a full bottle of honey never used on my feet. I told her, I'm not paying for the honey, u didn't use it. Her boss come over and tries to convince me she put honey in the milk and the guy next to us saw it. I got pissed. I have anxiety and my voice rises when I'm angry. Then boss man say the guy gonna do my eyebrow. I said no he ain't, I will not be coming back. The guy say we got cameras. I said roll em back.I wanna see her put honey on my leg. I got up and went to cash register and he took $10 off for the honey. These people will not take responsibility for their mistakes. The join in on you and protect each other instead of the person paying. I will not be back. I would have felt sticky honey on my feet if she used any honey. They really do a great job of insulting a person's intelligence. And that makes my blood boil when it is done to me.

An overall good experience. I had driven here by mistake after a different nail salon not too far had annoyed me and I left. The service was good. I didn’t feel like she rushed my service and she really took her time and made sure my nails looked good and refilled my nails after I clarified the shape I wanted. That are a little more then what I normally pay but it was worth it in my opinion

Did a walk in for pedicures with a group of friends, they got us seated immediately, and served us drinks. Our nail tech took their time, and did a great job. Front desk lady was friendly as well.

Have been here several times and always have great service. I’m always seated right away and asked if I’d like a drink. Tanle is so friendly and does a great job! I’ve also seen Ken and Linda who both did a wonderful job on my nails as well! Used to go to another salon nearby but will be using Luxe for my nails from now on. Thank you!

The salon is nice and staff has always been friendly but my last experience wasn't the best. I received a mani/pedi and my cuticles are cut up plus the shellac on my hands has changed colors (a weird orange hue has appeared) and already chipping/peeling after a few days. I called the salon to see my options about fixing it, to which they offered the same tech. I declined and the only other thing they could do was say, sorry! Due to this and lack of help from reception, I am now on the hunt for a new salon! Save your time and find another place 🙂
