After having a horrible experience with one tech I left a review stating i didn’t like the service or nail tech, afterwards I received a call from the owner/manager and wanting to fix my issue immediately! I came back the next day and Danny fixed my nails exactly how I wanted them and throughout the process Kept asking me if I was okay and made me feel very welcomed and relaxed he was super professional and quick and the quality was amazing! , TU was the lady that re-did my toes and she was super sweet and so kind and She Made a sure I was happy! In my first experience and review I did state that I would not be coming back , but after the service from Danny and TU I Change my mind and I WILL be coming back. This is a really good nail salon , just have to find the right tech for your needs.

This place has gotten Way too expensive and now hit you with random charges once at the register. When did a French nail and squiggle lines and a basic French pedi turn into 195 .. I never paid over 130 for the same thing I’ve gotten before… iv been going for 2 yrs and it’s just changed so much . I even ask the ladies to not worry about doing doing the 10 min leg massages to cut time. I’ll no longer recommend this place.

Worst nail job I have ever had. I wanted ombre design. They sat me with a new girl and she couldn't didn't know how to do ombre. She talked me into pink chrome which is not even chrome it's pearl. Then I asked for 2 hello kitties to be themed for my daughters bday party worst nail art ever. These are my nails after only a week.

Update: The owner offered a complimentary manicure to remove the gel nail polish to allow my nails to heal and recover from the damage. I went in yesterday and had a very good experience with an excellent nail tech. Thank you for the service recovery effort. Letting your clients know you care is much appreciated.

A nail tech applied a substance to my nails to get the gel nail polish off. I thought it was pretty cool at the time. However, it turns out that the substance acted as acid and made my nails very soft. My nails have always been strong, but by the next day, my nails began to tear with something as simple as buttoning a sweater. I went back to the salon to get another manicure. I talked to two people about this. One knew exactly what this substance was and who used it. The other was the cashier. When I asked for a discount, she literally said there's no proof that the substance used caused my nails to become so soft. She followed it up with "you might want to take a look at your diet". I can't believe she blamed me for the conditon of my nails. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier said she was in charge. It's unbelievable how dismissive and rude this employee was. It's been over a month since the substance was applied. My nails ares still weak and tearing...and it's painful. It's a shame that there was absolutely no effort to retain a customer especially when nail salons are everywhere.

The ladies were very sweet and I definitely feel relaxed after my Mani and Pedi. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I am slightly confused for the extra $20 shellac charge when I paid for a shellac manicure. If the $20 is for the shellac used on the pedicure then it is over priced here. Overall I had a good experience

Follow Up: my nails chipped and they fixed them quickly without any issues!

I left this place just an hour ago, specifically asked for acrylic on my toes, the guy barely put any. He looked at my toe nails and he looked stressed and looked uncomfortable doing them so of course I immediately felt super uncomfortable with him doing my toes. Didn’t even file the nails down and some nails looked slanted instead of straight. I hated this service, i should have said something but I wasn’t going to sit there another hour for someone to fix someone’s else mistake. I had things to do so I was in a time rush. My cousin had also went two days ago and the nail polish didn’t even cover her whole nail. I didn’t think any of it I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I hate how my toes look, walked out crying. Won’t be coming back.
