My nails after only 5 days. I had sns plus manicure for a total of around 80 dollars, I never had sns crack this quick.

It was horrid, lady seemed super under educated had no idea when I used proper terms when asking for nails to be done.
Definitely didn't get what I asked for and my nails are in so much pain since leaving process was painful my nails wouldn't stop burning. This is what I wanted the shape wasn't the same, the length wasn't the same she kept filing and filing and they became so stubby and way to narrow and I did not get the colour I asked for when asked what one I picked out she got the wrong one. I was way to scared to even speak up I thought I'd let her do her job I'll trust the process. I shouldn't have WILL NEVER COME BACK 65$+ WASTED.
Left the shop and cried in my car this is so embarrassing.

Love this place! I've been to a few nail salon's and this is the only one I've returned to. They treat you like a a valued customer and they're work is 10/10 especially Jess!! She is an amazing nail artist!

No body bothered to return my email about the worst pedicure I have ever had!
Sent a private email to the owner to discuss the appointment i had with no response!!
Very poor service. Very unhygienic. Very inexperienced. A child doing the service who had a lot of trouble painting basic nail polish.
As you can see from the response this was 4 weeks ago !!

Really poor.
Uneven nails, not filed properly. Not well painted.
I pointed out uneven nail, another person filed it and didn't re paint meaning paint damaged.
No oil, poor prep.

Terrible
Very disappointing with the amount of money spent. No one understands English. Paid for an hr pedicure. Didn’t even receive calf massage or much at all. Very shocked. Will not recommend again. Took 2 friends on same day for nails. Before booking we discussed what they wanted. We live an yr away. When we got there both girls were told they couldn’t do the design they wanted. Then charged them $10 more than quoted on ph. Absolutely stunned. Nails fell off with in 24hrs 3 had come off .. by third day 1 girl had only 1 nail still left.. we too booked well in advance & spoke with someone about what they wanted & also in person spoke at counter about what we wanted. Rang and booked and then told they didn’t have time We were charged $85 each .. both didn’t get what they wanted. I’d never had a pedicure , but read what the deluxe was. Booked. Came on time. Was left sitting 10 minutes. Then it was over & I didn’t know it had all been done. When I asked questions politely girl would nod & walk away never answered 1 question. Never would go again. I don’t understand why u would contact me & ask me to give you a review when you knew we weren’t happy with service
