I was on vacation in Rome for a few days. I contacted Amazing Nails to get my nails done. I was able to come right away, and they were very welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy with my nails. They were done very professionally and with the necessary care. While I was there, I also decided to get eyelash extensions, and I'm very happy with them as well. It's a shame I live so far away, otherwise I would definitely be a regular! Thank you, ladies!

I had a pedicure and the lady cut my flash, she said she would disinfect it later and kept going. One week after I started to feel pain around the cut and after a while in evolved into a very bad under nail infection. I had a small surgery this morning where the doctor made hole in my nail and flash to let out tue pus , I had fever. I now have to take strong antibiotics 4 times a day and hope the infection stop spreading . This place must be shut down for hygiene luck by some local authorities. People who work there are mostly kids , I don’t think they received a proper training and take their responsability for people’s health seriously.

Service is really lacking here.
I received a very cold reception although I arrived an hour before they closed.
My feet were put in cold water which was a first for me with a pedicure. I asked them to warm it up two times before it was nearly decent.
The scraped the skin off my ankle.
Only one coat of polish was applied where most places do 2 or 3 coats.
They seemed bothered that I was even there and kept chatting with one another getting ready to leave and ignoring me. This despite me being the only customer there and plenty of time before closing time.
I would not recommend them or visit again.

Visiting from Australia and needed to have my shellac removed and a manicure done. My partner also wanted to try his first manicure. where I’m from, this service often feels very rushed and can be quite painful and unenjoyable. The girls here had great English, excellent attention to detail, were extremely gentle, and I can easily say this is the best manicure I have ever received! My partner also really enjoyed the process. Highly recommend!!
