I love to bring my granddaughter here. The American Girl experience is so special. Recently we came for her friends birthday party and we were in one of the private rooms to the side of the restaurant. They had several other dolls to choose from and their own special server. Each girl brought their own doll (one girl didn’t have an AG doll and had to buy one in order for the staff to put them into the beauty salon). They had a lunch menu for adults and children. It took a very long time for the food to arrive but they kept the girls occupied with games and the haircuts for the AG dolls.

Our visit to this store was absolutely magical for my daughters (8 and 6) and I. We had never been to an American Girl store before, but my girls love looking through the catalogues that come in the mail and had always wanted to visit. I also have loved American Girls since I was a girl in the 90’s. I decided to surprise my daughters to visit the store on our trip to Orlando! Laryssa was so sweet and did such a good job styling their dolls’ hair! Every employee was so kind, and I could feel the passion for American Girl dolls all around. The visit to this store was everything we hoped for and more.

From the military and veteran discount, to the staff going above and beyond in both the restaurant and the store itself, my expectations could not have been blown further out of the water. I am thoroughly surprised and pleased at how amazing this experience was for my family, and as a dad with a budget I came in with a bias. If I’m honest I was looking for reasons to be upset, and they gave me ZERO.. Seriously an amazing experience.. Good on the management at this location, the selection of their people, and the commitment to keeping customers happy… Arg at the restaurant went above and beyond for us as well, and the whole staff there when the kids took so long to decide that we missed our window, and pulled a miracle together to make sure they got their birthday milkshakes that we promised..

The past two times we've gone in, Phil has been such a big help. He helped my daughter pick out her doll and even shared that she was on sale and then in our last visit helped her pick out a new dress for her. He's really awesome and this store is beautiful and it's a great experience. Thank you for making the shopping experience so fun!

Excellent, my granddaughter had her doll hair brush and braided. She enjoyed the store while we waited. The young lady that helped us was delightful and did a great job

I cannot say enough positive things about American Girl Orlando! The staff is incredibly kind & understanding how kids want to touch & play with items they may want to get and not just see them on display in a box. My girls always leave with quite the loot because of this.
As for the bistro we have done it all…lunch, tea, events, and birthdays. NOTHING compares to the AMAZING experience we had today with the waiter his first name started with an A. He was the absolutely best. we will be delighted if we can see him our next visit! He has a gift and makes everyone feel so special! THANK YOU Mr A for making Scarlett’s birthday so special!
