This great business has been to our home twice now...fixed our oven at a minimal cost and a reasonable service fee !
Service was performed on our dishwasher today to the tune of $49.95 service call and gave us a valuable lesson on how to clean the filter to maintain performance longevity. The agent/repairman was quick to find the problem and was kind and courteous.
Thank You B & B Appliance Repair for your great service and for saving us about $650.00!!! If we could, we would give you 10 stars!!!

Had the worst service from this company - i have old republic home protection. called on Monday for my cooktop and that I was going to get a call of notification of my claim with is a few hours, never did then I called the place and the phone went to voicemail then it was full, not able to leave a message called the company and gave me this company B&B GAS APPLIANCE, and said they were going to call Tuesday (24 hours) and set appointment, never got a call or messages or anything. Called today and left message that if they did not wanted to do the claim it was fine but to please call and let me know. Hours later I called and got an answer but a lady (very rude) and gave her my info and she had my address already, she asked for the cross street and I told her I did not know I'm new to California (from Utah) and she said "I guess you use a helicopter to get to your home" I was like what the heck.... No need to give them my business... I never thought that people from California were like this... Will never do business with this company even if it was the last on earth.

I’m trying to keep my 20 year old Kenmore washing machine going because I heard the fancy new ones don’t last. So the Kenmore overflowed I called B&B they sent out Adam (very nice fellow) he had it apart in about 30 seconds, found the problem fixed it in no time flat, very satisfied with the service. I can definitely recommend this company.

Can’t recommend these guys enough, we’ve called them three times now- oven, dryer, AC. Each time they fixed the problem and the bill was less than I thought it would be! Absolute straight shooters, no upselling, recommend 1000%

I called last spring because my gas heater motor would not turn off had to unplug. My swamp cooler would not turn on. And my central air had been broke down for 5 years. I called them and someone was out in an hour. The guy i think his name was Craig? Was the maybe 90 minutes and fixed them all. One was an adjustment, the other was just 2 small inexpensive parts. Was charged about 130$! I was so happy i thought it was going to be at least 300-400$ although he was very quiet, he was very fast, honest and explained what it was. A lot of people from my church use them and was recommened to me. I just called them to come look at my dryer. 5 stars. Thank you B & B.

Lady on the phone mocked my mom saying “it’s not my fault your son is dead.” Horrible place to go to!!! They came to fix the fridge rubber on the door and the guy was cursing the whole time and left the fridge all messed. Now we have to go buy a new fridge because all the food is going bad.
