They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now won't be done for 3 weeks. And have never run my vehicle. And the battery has been at a critical level for 3-4 days. I've called everyday and said can you please run it for 30-60 minutes. And I googled what kind of damage can happen to your battery. It's all bad. And I keep being told we are working on it we can't. So if there is permanent damage to my vehicle, who pays for that? and how hard would that be for me to actually get back the money for what was damaged? Being stuck in a lose lose situation is not right. And there is no I'm sorry we should have started it once a week or something or it was a mistake. It's just oh we can't. Customer service skills are super lacking when you are the ones damaging someone else's vehicle. I will never return to this shop again and not recommend that anyone else go here. Such a simple thing to do. Not even an offer to fix it if it is damaged. Update 2 1/2 weeks later and it's ready to be picked up and battery is still at a critical level. They never ran it or charged it for me. I called every single day for a week. And I was lied to and told that they did even though I can tell in my app that it had not been run. Regardless of the job that they do on the body work. They have zero respect for other people's property or customers concerns.

i had a bad experience at b&d when i had gotten insurance because i ran over a pot hold b&d took the insurance and did not use it on my car.i complaint to guico and they did nothing.

This autobody shop is absolutely outstanding. The staff and the quality of work is detailed and served to you with perfection. For a great many years B&D Autobody on Rt.163 has been serving our community and those from outside of our community with pride and detailed work.

Their customer service is not only phenomenal but, they go out of their way to help, understand and keep the customer informed. I had the pleasure of taking my daughters car there about 2 years ago and most recently, my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe.

Talk about impressed, I am truly loving the detailed work that these guy's performed on my vehicles. The price was fair and my vehicle was ready on time as promised.

My truck was washed and cleaned up and presented to me as if we had first met the day I brought it. I took it in clean and it was returned back to me the same way. I am still getting complements from my neighbors and friends.

So, if you are ever in need of autobody work done right, professionally, and detailed right down to the lettering at a fare price, this is the place to go to. It would be extremely hard to match the Pride in work, Honesty and truly outstanding Customer Service.
