I've been a customer of B&K for over 10 years. I keep going back because of the convenience of the location, great customer service, the variety of products, and reasonable prices. Every time I go, I am greeted by most of the staff. I've even asked Lisa for style or hair suggestions and she has helped me multiple times. I appreciate all the above and will continue to shop here!

I’ve been reading the reviews about this place and it’s sad that we all have the same experience with them being nasty and kirt when we shop in the store. Here’s something that I experienced personally. A friend and I went into the store because she wanted to grab something for her hair really fast before our out of town trip to the lake. She is Caucasian and I am Dominican. When we arrived in the store there was no greeting, no welcome or anything. I was not purchasing anything so I walked around while my friend was looking for what she needed. I noticed other brown people in the store shopping and watched how the employees seemed to conveniently walk down the isles with the Brown people but my Caucasian friend was approached and asked in such a nice manner if she needed help. She said she was looking for something special and asked where it was. When I walked up to her and we began talking, the girl’s attitude toward my friend changed as if she smelled something pungent. It made us both look at one another like we recognize this disgusting behavior. We are both from New York and have seen this too many times to count.

I refrained from writing this review until I read the one from yesterday about the owners deplorable behavior towards a minor. I don’t care if she did take something from your store. Your prices are high and your return policy is laughable.

I wish you well with your business but I will make sure I tell my friends about the experience I and my friend had at this business.

In 2024 when you run a business you cannot stereotype every Black and Brown person as a thief. I’m sure you would not like it if people stereotyped you for being Asian and spoke about you in their native language while shopping at their store.

Horrible service. I came in this store yesterday and spent around $200. I forgot to grab an additional item, and when I went back today they told me I could not use my Visa debit card unless I spent at least $5. If you accept Visa cards, you MUST accept Visa Debit regardless of the purchase amount. Because of this, I will never shop here again, and I will tell everyone I know to also avoid this place. Additionally, I filed a complaint directly with Visa, and they have opened an investigation on the matter. I encourage anyone else they try this bogus policy on to do the same.

They're overpriced anyway, and the beauty supply near the mall is much better.

This beauty supply store was okay and I "probably" will go back but only bc I was able to find what I was looking for and then some. I do feel like the customer service could have been better. If they can improve that, I would give them 5 stars.

My favorite hair store in concord! The workers are always nice and helpful. Plus, I can always find what I need and if I can’t Lisa is willing to help me get it. I’ll recommend this hair store to anyone.

I have been a patron of BK BEAUTY SUPPLY over 10yrs now. I remember the tweens at Tysun beauty supply. And they opened their own beauty supply store. It’s been an amazing journey shopping at BK Beauty supply store. Very clean and helpful when explaining the products needed. I’m their number one fan.

This place is pretty cool. I've never been to a beauty supply shop this cheap. They have a wide range of items, including hair and makeup. It's perfect. I'm glad this place is around my area
