Don't waste your money they are charging too much for rent when they already knew there's NO SECURITY!! & NO GATES!!

The area is very bad
homeless & criminals can easily break into your cars etc.
There has already been a fire because of dry wood chips
(no sprinklers)
It's very upsetting to find out everyone will not get a wooden back patio and still have to pay alot!!

I signed the lease for a 3 bedroom on January and they kept postponing the date. I waited 3 months until I decided to cancel now they won’t return my deposit money. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my deposit.
Also on the website it says bills included but they’re not. For $1850 bills should be included.

This new beautiful complex is perfectly located near HWY 99. The floor plans are spacious and open. I love the flooring the units and the quaint patios.

These apartments are too expensive before moving in you are recommended to have Renters Insurance there is absolutely no security and absolutely no way to protect your car there's no gates for protection at all the gates they do have there are no doore so you are free to walk on property and the worst thing is your company has to park outside of the apartments or they will be towed ,it's so easy for criminals to break in not to mention they used wood chips as decoration without sprinklers not even thinking about fires ,everyone will not get a back patio but still have to pay the same amount of rent as others it's horrible but you already paid so you have to deal with the B.S they are quick to respond but not once fix the issues

They force you to have their internet service for an additional 75$ my mom is on a fixed income and was getting high speed internet through xfinity for 10$ a month through a low income program.. They said if you want internet you must use their service because the Apts are not set up for outside services such as Xfinity...
