Didn't realise until I got home that my neckline was completely off. Both of us didn't see it, not sure how (lighting?) so can't be too sore about it. Anyway, just properly check yourself before leaving. Super friendly and easygoing, I'm sure they'll fix this up for me if I came in.

I recently visited Barber Industries in the QVB, hoping to get a fade, but I left disappointed. The haircut is all uneven and definitely not a fade. Hair is still lingering behind my ears, which is frustrating. It felt very rushed and the quality just wasn’t there; they seem more focused on getting customers in and out quickly than on providing a good haircut.

Additionally, the equipment used was extremely dirty and their hair products seemed cheap. If you're in a huge hurry and don’t care about your appearance, this might work for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional experience.

If you have thick and coarse Asian hair like me, ask for King. I walked in today for a skin fade and basic trim on the top. Although all the barbers were busy at the moment, I only waited about 10 minutes. King had meticulous skills and tailored a hairstyle that best suits my head shape. He was also very friendly. If I live in Sydney I’d definitely come back.

I’ve been in here several times and I always commend how the barber Mr Moe did a great and awesome job with my hairstyle. I visited this shop every 2 weeks and Moe always accommodate me without hesitation.

Weekdays are quiet times that booking is not really a priority if you have no time to book just walked in but on Weekends, they are busy and booking online for your appointment is essential.

Location: 5 ⭐️ very convenient
Service: 5 ⭐️ very friendly and professional
Price: $$ but expect good outcome
Parking: Not Accessible
Wheelchair: Yes, you can use the lift to go down in the basement. No because in the shop they have stairs.

I recommend you to look for Moe and let him handle your style. Very good looking guy and very accommodating person. You’ll never regret coming to this shop.

I usually just pop into any barber I'm close to, but I may have to make the trip out to see Moe again. Fantastic cut, reasonable price, friendly staff. Also nice to walk into a barber as a woman and not be immediately questioned why I'm there, as I normally am with barbers. Moe indulged me when I said I wanted to try a zigzag on my fade, and I'm so happy with it.

Used this place 2 or 3 times now, first cut was nice customer service. Second thought the lady was just having a bad day, today was just the rudest & dismissive experience. We all have bad days, but to become frustrated I had some minor requests for my hairstyle... bit beyond me?

The hairdresser keeps looking at the entrance to the shop, distracted.
Hope they fix the customer service issue. The Cut is not even great.
