Every experience at this nail salon is a good one! Tracy is whom i typically request to do my nails and shes wonderful with any designs I show her. I love the vibe i get at this nail salon it’s almost like family. I bring my mom here as well and we love it! My mom usually requests Sharon and she is also phenomal!! Also Stephanie brings such good customer service whenever we come! Such welcoming energy plus good drinks! Dont walk to come to this nail Salon, RUN! 10 out of 10!! Had the worst experience ever here. Elena was very nice but I had to keep asking her to please paint my entire nail because there were a lot of parts that were unpainted and were very obvious since the color I got was bold (maroon). It was hard to communicate with her since she didn’t understand much English but I did the best I could. She had my toes filed down so unevenly I wanted to cry. I let the person at the front desk know that I wasn’t happy with how my toes had turned out and he said they it was because my toe nails were short and said I could pay for acrylic add ons on my toes so that they could make them longer. My toe nails were short because she had filed them down so much!! I refused and didn’t want to argue any more so I just paid and walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I can’t believe I had to pay for this. I seriously considered driving straight to another salon to try and fix it but the damage is already done. This place came so highly recommended. I can’t believe it. Not sure if she was still in training or something but nobody was coming to check on us.

I took this picture as soon as I left the salon. Horrible horrible horrible. I could’ve done this at my house or paid my 2 year old to do it instead. Run far away from here! Try the Palazzo or sunflower salon.

This place is amazing! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and everyone is so nice. John did an AMAZING job on my nails. I went for my birthday and I even went back the next day to get a matching pedicure.

I came in as a walk-in and was attended by Elena she was super gentle while doing my nails and super sweet.she could tell I was nervous and offered me something to drink. This of the best customer service I’ve had i will definitely be coming back!
