Janelle is AMAZING! I was a shaver all my life until I found Bitchin' beauty. I always wanted to try waxing, but I was SUPER nervous having my girl parts out for a stranger. She came highly recommended, so I said, "Let's do it." She made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional, fun to talk to, and makes u feel at ease with the process. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I refuse to shave ever again. I do the Brazilian and honey pot glow every month, religiously, and I am in love.

Janelle was an amazing and kind person. The brides first makeup artist cancelled on her an hour before she was supposed to be there. Janelle answered her phone right away and was more than happy to come and save the day for the bride. She was there within an hour. Her make up was beautiful. Janelle went above and beyond.
