Called on a Friday and was told that a mobile technician would give me a call back, ( because the lady in the office didnt have a clue about anything).I waited and waited and never received a call. Now they are closed all weekend and I'm stuck without my vehicle. What a joke. Definitely won't use this business again.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
unless you want a less than perfect experience. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and right on time with his diagnosis and service. My issue was my remotes and chip key 5 minutes in was good to go. And If you want a story..
Go to Disney world but if you need accurate information and spot on repair

Just had a new replacement key and FOB Remote programmed for my truck at B-OK. What a friendly, helpful and professional team. Elizabeth was great to get us scheduled quickly and Bob, our technician was super fast. Amazing service. I highly recommed!

RUDE AND OVER PRICED!!! They want 650$ to replace a key for a 20 year old car because “A bmw is a rich man’s car” yet the dealership will replace it for 125$ with registration and ID in hand. When I inquired on any potential solutions to bring the price down I was told “If you can’t afford it you shouldn’t own it” and then I was hung up on! I’m sure they do great work and not all their staff are rude but the young lady I spoke too could use some patience. Shop around folks, God bless

Omg! How do they have such good reviews? Don’t be fooled. They are not on Yelp for a reason. After two weeks and multiple texts they requested with photos and dimensions, they never follow through with me. When I finally contacted them for 3rd time, there pricing was astronomical. Don’t waste your time like I did.

On time arrival, efficient & complete work. Re-keyed for taking possession under home warranty. Stayed a bit longer to make sure one installation worked more smoothly. Positive, friendly attitude too! Very satisfied! ?

Who ever works the desk is extremely unprofessional. She most likely is the cause of not getting enough business. Talks to people like they are crimminals breaking into homes and jumps to her own conclusions. If you are a manager for an air bnb i suggest not using this company. They won't unlock a smartlock on a closet door and the lady working the desk will lie about the laws which loses business. She could use some retraining. We would of paid this company really well if it wasn't for the lady running the calls. Anyone with an air bnb and needs a locksmith that is profession I suggest using Brooks lock and key! They won't have you jumping through hoops like this company and will show up right away!

I have done business with Brian countless times over the last 10+ years. When I was in the property management business he was always so quick to respond his work is always clean and professionally done .I have also used him for my own personal vehicles a few times cause my children have locked us out of the car. The most recent was last year at Christmas time one of our children locked the car while it was running and we were getting ready to leave for a Christmas performance. Brian rushed over within a 10 minutes unlocked the car and we were still able to make a Christmas performance. I highly recommend Brian’s locksmith
