Crystal cherry nails is the best salon I have been to. Heidi is so lovely she is very welcoming and I promise you, you won’t regret your experience. I have had most of their services and they never disappoint. So if you’re looking for a good spot for nails, eyelashes, or eyebrows crystal cherry is it.

Love my nails! I am always so confused about the colour, they were very understanding and removed the colour I wasn’t sure of. Will be back ☺️

Heidi is super fast and good at the same time! I walked in with no booking and asked if I could have extensions and color, she done it well in one hour. The finish is really nice and the price is much better than what I have in Sydney!

Very disappointed in the service I received from this salon. Very condescending and gas lighting. My nails are all different lengths/shapes and my French is all different widths. I had to file when I got home. One nail is crooked and I will not be told my finger is crooked. Last time I’ll be going to that salon. Rip off prices too for a basic set and nails. And not even a top coat put on toes. I asked for it to be applied and they told me it was. I’m pretty sure I have eyes. Would not recommend.

I was told there was an appointment in 30 mins, but then waited for over an hour.

I saw the sign says $40 for buff shape and shellac toes so that's what I asked for. The staff asked if I wanted regular paint or shellac. I confirmed shellac.

Afterwards she charged me $56 because she said I asked for a pedicure.

First time here ?‍♀️I got a mani pedi shellac. I live and breathe in Toorak / South Yarra. It’s my home and only home. Paid $105 via PayID or you can pay $107 via credit card.

My honest feedback:

Pros:
- Nice flooring
- Great nail colours
- Great attention to nails

Cons:
- No aircon in 40 Degrees weather. I just had a bath in my own sweat. I can 100% confirm I was very dehydrated by the end of the 2 hours that I was there. This is why I’ve given you a 1 Star. But please read further as to why I am never removing my 1 Star below:
- A bit understaffed during 4pm onwards. As I had to wait 30-45 mins. I understand there’s a peak time but you could’ve just said “there is about X mins time to wait, are you okay with this?”
- The price was a bit surprising, as every other nail shop in Toorak and South Yarra who are situated on the main road DON’T charge $20 more than what I usually pay.
-Some of the pedicure chairs don’t have a massage button working!

Overall, No I would not come back due to the constructive feedback I’ve provided as per above.

Sorry - want to love this place however you charged be $72 for normal polish mani/pedi (comp is $55). I had this done on Saturday and by Monday afternoon all my nails are chipping and coming off. My usual place lasts 1 week. Don’t recommend!
