Gorgeous place, relaxing atmosphere, so many nail selections, and great drink options. Today as a first time customer the overall experience missed the mark. The pedicure was great and relaxing and I love my nails. However, the problem was with the wait and the lack of communication. My daughter and I sat for at least 20 mins in a chair w an empty bowl with no water. We were asked if we wanted a drink but didn't get one till 20 mins later. They started on my daughters pedicure but I had to sit for over an hour before anyone started on me. I'll give this place a try again since I've been anticipating going since it's so close to where I live.

Exceptional service and attn to detail. They waste no time, so your service is impeccable and also fast. While waiting for my ride I heard everyone also sounding very pleased with services and price.. We ALL wanted to tip high and were gushing about service as we were checking out☺️ They are big enough to accommodate a rush and yet still take time to be very personable about the experience. My tech Tiffany was on another level of care and courtesy. I got a mimosa and cucumber water COMPLIMENTARY!! Even if you don't get your nails done often, GO HERE they will make it well worth the money spent! WILL RETURN!

The service was AMAZING and the people were even better! 10/10 recommend! The atmosphere and complementary drinks were a plus as well! I got a full set of gel/acrylics, the collagen pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. — WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Great experience, no wait and my nail tech was exceptional. Took my daughter on a birthday Spa day and we had full sets and a Pedi. The pedicure chairs and the ambiance are so relaxing. If you are thirsty they will give you complimentary drinks or you can buy other "special drinks". I can't wait to return for my lashes but after I recover from this last visit ? Everyone that works here is friendly and accommodating.

been here once when it first opened with my mom and it was okay but today I asked for the simplest nails literally the most basic. And now my nails are thick, crooked, painful. my mom's nail tech "lisa" was so rude and did not listen to what my mom wanted and did a whole completely different design. the front lady was nice enough to come over and re do the nails herself but sadly after two hours the glitter completely fell off. this is our last time going.

The manicure and pedicure were ok. I enjoyed the pedicure. I wish I had gotten a color I liked, but staff were trying to divert me away from that. After 5 days of having a shellac gel, it started peeling. I was already upset with how sloppy the manicure and pedicure, but this disappointment me more. I have never had shellac gel peel in 5 days. For a $45 manicure, $40 pedicure, with a $20 shellac add on, I’d had hope it would last longer.

Love this place. It is very nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. I especially enjoyed my pedicure and manicure-done by Tiffany. She did an amazing job. Tiffany is friendly and provides excellent customer service. I always get the iced coffee-delicious?
