Dr. Kulyk performed cataract surgery on both my eyes at separate times. He did an excellent job and I can now see better than I ever did! Thank you Dr. Kulyk! The office staff is also very friendly and professional.

What a great doctor. After spending all morning calling ophthalmologists all over Lakeland, Winter Haven and Auburndale for an appointment, I finally found Dr. Kulyk's office in Plant City with availability for the following week. Every other place had appointments a month out or more.
I'm a self-pay patient, and I can't tell you how hard it is to get pricing from doctors these days without first having to come in. I needed to know the price of the visit and the procedure in advance to know if I could even afford it, and his office was able to give me a clear price range which I am so thankful for.
On the day that I was scheduled, the wait was a little long, but Dr. Kulyk more than made up for it. He was apologetic for the delay and got straight to work once he came in.
He asked me what the problem was and was able to fix it right away! In the midst of the procedure, we got to talking and he asked my how many kids I had. When I told him four, he said what a blessing that was. I couldn't agree more :).
After about five minutes, everything was done. He does quick work!
But, what really spoke volumes was that he helped out with the cost of my visit. (Which is huge, since this was the second surgery I needed in the last seven months; the other was for something totally unrelated, but, needless to say, not having insurance, these situations have not been ideal.)
He isn't a money-hungry doctor. He cares about his patients and truly wants to help them out. I feel extremely blessed to have found him.
I'm not local, but you can be sure that if I need to see an ophthalmologist again, I'll be going back to Plant City to see Dr. Kulyk.

Dr Kulyk was great, personable, nice and very intellegent! I was having problems with my right eye and his office was able to fit me in the same day I called. He was very thorough, patient and really tried to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Dr K. I hope I don’t need to see him for a follow up but if I do I won’t mind.

What a great group of people. I called asking for a same day appointment. I was told to come on in and they would work me in. The office environment is so calm and peaceful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kulyk is a top notch doctor with a wonderful and caring manner. I highly recommend!

SORRY long post!!
I can’t say enough about Dr. Kulyk and his Awesome staff!! From start, I called for apt. And was quickly set up with my apt. On my way to office my GPS wanted to take me in circles so I called the office for clarification and I believe it was Joanie who answered the call. She not only gave me easy directions, she actually stayed on the phone the entire ride to guide me in. Even sitting at a light waiting to turn green with me. Lol Then upon reaching office the receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

(before I even had forms totally filled out) taken back in by Kimmy. Kimmy was a amazing!!! So sweet, knowledgeable and kind. I have Lupus which can effect my sight and Kimmy was educated on lupus and my concerns. I was then immediately seen by Dr. Kulyk. He was so friendly and kind. I voiced my concerns and he To was so knowledgeable about my illness. He addressed all my concerns and questions. I was in & out quickly. For the first time in a long time I felt like a friend, instead of a number or dollar sign. Believe me that’s rare when you see many doctors all the time. Most are not knowledgeable about Lupus. I would give ALL them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. I can not imagine anyone giving Dr. Kulyk and staff a bad review. They are amazing!! Thankyou again Dr.K and Staff! You are all a blessing! ?

This is a great Dr.s office. I ALWAYS felt welcome and like I actually mattered. Dr Kulyk a swered all my questions every visit. The office has a very serene vibe. I could have felt comfortable there all day.

I had to have a chalazion removed from my eye. Dr. Kulyk did a great job, quick, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was comfortable. Also the price was affordable.
I would highly recommend him. Thank you!
