I can highly recommend Fleur Beauty Studio for wedding hair and makeup! Mervat was easy to communicate with and pricing was clear and they were able to accommodate my small wedding party (when other companies would not). Esma took her time and really listened to my feedback in my trial and it turned out great. Me and my family have thick hair and the day of the wedding took a long time to execute the looks but we made it on time to the venue. I was so pleased with the final look and my makeup stayed on the whole night! Esma and her assistant made us all feel comfortable and good the day of the wedding.

I highly recommend Mervat and Ala for wedding hair and make-up! They are talented, professional, friendly, and efficient. After the trial I wanted to change the style of my up-do (I had not really been sure what I wanted). Ala was very accommodating, she listened closely and in the end the style on wedding day was exactly what I wanted. Also, it was very windy that day and my hair still held up beautifully during our first look/photos. Mervat also was receptive to a couple of minor tweaks I wanted to make after the trial, and I loved my make-up on wedding day. They arrived on time and finished me and my bridal party ahead of schedule, which is always a plus. I also felt their pricing was more reasonable compared to other places I looked at in the DMV area. Definitely recommend!

Working with Mervat and Ala with Fleur Beauty Studio for my wedding was an absolute pleasure! When I started planning, I really wanted to find a team who could offer both hair and makeup services. I found Fleur Beauty Studio via some of their beautiful wedding H&MU pictures on Instagram and was so thrilled to see that they offered all services, that their website was easy to navigate and had clear pricing for each service, and that they would also take care of my flower girl and a male friend getting ready with me (Men's grooming makeup service). I used their website to book a H&MU trial and received confirmation and instructions on what to bring for the service. My appointment at their studio space was wonderful! Both Mervat and Ala are so warm and friendly, and it was obvious they both have so much experience in their crafts. Mervat really took into account how I do my makeup and the kind of look I wanted to go for on my wedding day. Ala listened as I told her some of the characteristics of my hair (how it doesn't hold a curl...) and took all of that into consideration to ensure the style stayed. Both made me feel so beautiful and listened to exactly what I wanted. They both were open to some of my requests for slight changes after I went home and saw how everything looked, and they helped recommend some products and tips in preparation for the wedding day. On the big day, they were right on time and made my whole family and wedding party feel just as comfortable. They had prepared a timeline for H&MU for the whole crew, which was executed flawlessly and with plenty of time to spare. Everyone looked and FELT so beautiful and really loved their looks! My H&MU all stayed looking phenomenal throughout the entire wedding day, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how beautiful I looked and felt. I can't say enough great things about Fleur Beauty Studio and can't wait to work with them again!

Mervat and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day! Mervat was very responsive to messages. She organized the schedule perfectly & figured out if more artists were needed to fit in all my bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my mother to get hair and makeup done in the timeline I asked. She had notes she referenced back to during my trial and nailed the result again on my wedding day. We were all super satisfied with the results, and the hair/makeup held up very well in the heat, through the tears, and through all the dancing! I would definitely go back to Fleur Beauty Studio for any future events and recommend them for your wedding day!

I can’t say enough good things about Mervat and her team! They did an incredible job on hair and makeup for myself, my 10 bridesmaids, and both my mother and mother-in-law. They were so professional, extremely efficient, and still managed to accommodate everyone’s personal style preferences seamlessly. I did a trial beforehand, where I felt the makeup was a bit too heavy for the look I was envisioning (not their fault, I wasn't sure what I wanted), but on the wedding day, Mervat perfectly adjusted to create a natural, beautiful style that was exactly what I wanted. I felt amazing, and everyone looked stunning! I would absolutely recommend Mervat and her team to any bride and bridal party.

I can’t thank Mervat and Ala enough for the amazing job they did for my bridesmaids and me on my wedding day!!! During the summer I was having the hardest time looking for a makeup artist for my wedding day and stumbled upon Fleur Beauty Studio. I’m so thankful they had an opening and was able to schedule a trial for makeup and hair. The were able to achieve the look I was going for and I knew right away I wanted to go with them. They were beyond professional and provided excellent communication. On my wedding day, they provided the best service and my makeup and hair lasted all day. I’m so happy I found them on the Wedding Wire and would work with them again for any future special occasions!

Mervat was friendly and understanding from the very beginning. I opted for a more natural look since I rarely wear makeup. During our makeup trial, she was very receptive to when I wanted to change a shade/color here and there. She took all of my concerns into consideration so that I would feel and look incredible on my wedding day. On the big day, she and her team arrived promptly and were very efficient with my larger bridal party. I felt beautiful the entire day!
