This place is amazing. All of their hair artists are capable of doing anything that you have ever wanted for your hair. The vibe is cool, the environment is one that you would want from a hair ambassador. Every time I come here I feel welcome, but do not feel the need to have to engage in long boring conversation. They do their job and they do it with great precision. Every time I have told then what I want, I always receive exactly what I'm asking for. I miss my appointment because of my poor scheduling skills, however they were able to squeeze me in and the next Artisan line was able to give me exactly what I wanted. These guys will give you exactly what you want, and their prices are not overly extorted. I will probably never go anywhere else for a haircut, these people will give you exactly what you want.

The business model is absolutely horrible here. They don’t give the stylist/barbers enough time to do a good job. I went in and all I wanted was a neck shave. She asked me if I wanted it tapered and I said “yes”. I should’ve been smarter than this. You have to do the whole head or it looks weird. I’m angry that the so-called expert didn’t advise me and just went ahead and butchered my hair. She should’ve told me that it’s gonna look funny if they don’t do my whole head. Instead, they just go ahead and mess up my hair and then they collect my money. I recommend that nobody goes here if they are over the age of 8.

Overall love this place, never had a bad haircut here.

The atmosphere is probably the same for most locations, but if I had to critique one thing, the music is almost too loud to hear anything else over it. It feels like I'm walking into a sports club, but I could understand if others prefer that vibe, so it's no biggy.

Walked in right at 9 when they opened and was the ONLY person. I asked for simple military haircut, and they said they are booked. I looked around at all the staff and empty chairs. Definitely won't be back.
