I booked them for my bridal hair and makeup, the communication after booking was terrible. I asked if I could add on 2 members of my family and it took weeks and me asking many times to finally be told they could not accommodate 2 days before. And in the same conversation - 2 days before my wedding - they changed my time for the trial on Friday and the wedding on Saturday.
Then I show up to my trial and it turns out the girl doing my hair and makeup did not even work for KHM anymore, they had overbooked and had to contact an ex employee. The trial went fine.
On Saturday, the day of my wedding, the girl ended up being 2 hours late. KMH sent another girl to do my makeup so the original girl could do my hair, and the second girl was almost 3 hours late. I was very nervous that someone who did not do my trial was doing my make up the day of. We lost several hours with our expensive photographer. The makeup and hair turned out fine, but they are obviously extremely unorganized and do not communicate well at all. We were told we would get some money back and never did. We tried to call and have just been ignored. Absolutely terrible.

My experience with Ashley was wonderful!!! I booked a bridal trial on the day of my wedding shower and it was so great. I got many compliments and my makeup did not fully come off until literally the following day. I was so happy with my results and Ashley was seriously so fun and helped me relax during my session, as I was a bit nervous about my shower lol. I was completely obsessed and hope to book them for my wedding makeup!

I booked Kiss and Makeup for my Wedding Day, and they did not disappoint.
I was extremely nervous due to some of the older reviews, but decided to give them a chance anyway, and I am SO THANKFUL I DID.

My hair at both my wedding trial and wedding day was beautiful. It stayed fully intact (even with a whole head of extensions), and they completely nailed both of my Pinterest looks.

My Makeup lasted all night, through the Texas heat and through a two hour bridal portrait session.
I also have a scar on my face, that no one has been able to align along my eyebrow and make disappear correctly, and it was GONE at BOTH sessions they did. I was amazed.

They were timely, and well organized as well, and all 10 of my bridal party were done with an hour to spare the day of, and they all RAVED about how their hair and makeup looked.
I wasn't rushed which was one of my biggest concerns as the bride, and they thought of every little detail to get my entire look pieced together perfectly.

The service here is decent, but I wouldn’t trust them. Avoid removing your jewelry at this establishment; if you leave something behind, you likely won’t get it back, and their attitude is unhelpful. I've never encountered such rudeness and lack of trustworthiness before.

-In general, love the makeup style they do. However, I was charged for a 2nd assistant that left halfway through for a different event despite the fact the team was running significantly behind. Everyone’s hair and makeup were finished 90 minutes after it scheduled to be done, leaving us with just 30 minutes prior to walking down the aisle, so bridesmaid pictures, first look with Dad, and first prayer with fiancé all very rushed.

MVP of the team, finished everyone almost single handedly and retouched prior to walking down the aisle. Witty and very good at her job. Made me look and feel like a fairy princess.

I booked Kiss and Makeup for makeup and hair for my engagement shoot! Ashley did my makeup and Haley did my hair and I loved how I looked for my pictures, they made me look so beautiful and made the experience so comfortable! I also had to reschedule when my engagement shoot got rained out and kiss and makeup was super flexible in doing so! I definitely would recommend and excited to work with them in the future!!

I picked this company to do my makeup and hair for my baby shower. I was absolutely horrified with the makeup. I called my husband after trying to stay calm cause I looked like a drag queen. She did a thick black winged eyeliner, for a baby shower, I wasn’t going to a concert or club. I have naturally big lips and they were so over lined, they looked like I had just had fillers done. The lipliner was so harsh, it looked like the 90’s, nothing was blended out. The lip color on top of that came across and gray with my skin tone. I asked her to lighten it up and it was a lighter grey so then I asked for a pink tone and it didn’t make much of a difference because she kept layering on all these colors, instead of starting from a blank canvas. I had to just deal with the winged eyeliner for the shower but scrubbed off the lips and had to reapply foundation around my lips to fix the over line she did. I have always been picky about my makeup but I’ve never cried over feeling so ugly and like a drag queen. I am just thankful I didn’t book them for my wedding previously. I had inquired but their customer service is horrible so I moved into another company, who did a flawless job. On top of all of that, she took SO long to do my makeup and we only had 30 minutes left for the hair. I’ll never book here again and advise you not to as well.

Theu were hired to do hair and makeup for a wedding and Sarah was the makeup artist. She was rude and had an attitude while doing my makeup. I had requested a makeup style which she completely ignored and did something that looked honestly terrible for what they charge you. I had to go and change her makeup since honestly wasn't very good. In addition, she made a comment on how I changed her lipstick color which was honestly bc it looked bad. One thing is to do a bad job and another thing is to be rude about you adjusting their makeup and making fun of the situation with the other bridesmaids. Definitely child like and unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend them!

Worse part is they are SLOooWwww!!! The makeup girl took forever to do the bridesmaids' makeup and a lot of them hated their makeup that was done. They are way more qualified companies that can do better hair and makeup at a better price... don't book them! Especially for weddings they were late and didn't finish on time either.
