Today, we visited Mac Haik Toyota to look for a replacement vehicle for one that was totaled during Hurricane Beryl. A friend recommended we contact Sammy Yanes and we are so appreciative of that recommendation! Sammy listened to our needs and had two perfect vehicles ready for us to view. He was patient and truly cared to get us in the right vehicle at the right price. Ray Almasi handled the finance portion. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us fantastic options tailored to our needs. Overall, we had exceptional experience and highly recommend visiting Sammy at Mac Haik!

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK! I’m leaving this honest review because no one has a sense of urgency to be empathetic and explain what happened to me and what they plan on doing to rectify and make sure this doesn’t happen again. I came in for a tire rotation. Communicated that the tire pressure light was on and if they could check it. I left with my tire pressure light still on and later that day I noticed one of my tires DANGEROUSLY LOW! Mind you the tires I have are brand new and I would hate if I have a slow leak that the service department failed to check per my request. I could have been seriously injured if something happened while I was driving. My family has been coming to this dealership for 7+ years so I’m shocked that there was no sense of urgency to prevent this from happening or to even tell me to come in to see if my tire is okay. How would you feel if the dealership sent you home with your tire on 10?!

Working with the salesperson Manny and this dealership was actually fantastic. I got my 4Runner from Mac Haik Toyota in League City about a month ago. Manny was kind, smart, and proactive but not pushy. Truly so helpful, even when my bank was jerking us around on the financing. My new used car has over 100k miles and maybe I’ve just gotten lucky but it was so well cleaned up, had new tires, and has been driving great. I can easily recommend working with Manny and this dealership!!!

Well it all started with me visiting the dealership today to get an oil change on my 2023 4Runner… 1year and 1/2 ago I purchased my 4 runner here with Raul being my salesman. My credit was not good so my interest rate was pretty high, but they made it happen and I drove out with the vehicle I wanted. Raul recommended me to make my payments on time and pay off some of my debt and refinance for a lower interest rate. Today I am extremely happy with the deal Raul and his team got me… I traded my 4 runner for a new 2024 Tundra Limited with an interest rate of 4.99% Financed thru Toyota… when I tell you these guys will work to get you a good deal they really do. Highly recommended ask for Raul.

I did not have an appointment. I took a chance to stop by a dealership i had never used before. It was perfect. Kind faces, with smiles, and knowledgeable of their schedule & my vehicle.
Within the hour, the oil changed, tires rotated & 14/15 or 20 point inspection was done. Excellent service, especially for a walk in customer. I won't drive to the North Side, just because I purchased there. The first time Ever in my life I said..SOUTH SIDE yaaaa.
I'm a North Kind of Lady & MY FAMILY also.
