If I could give MCO airport a negative rating, I would. They are always incredibly rude and harassing to their passengers. They fight with you about everything that they possibly can. They make it a hassle when traveling with small babies and elderly handicapped people (AS IF THAT IS NOT ALREADY HARD ENOUGH). Even the supervisors are mean and disrespectful to the passengers. It is like they get off on making your return home/beginning of your trip a complete and utter nightmare. I have never encountered the TSA at other airports being quite as horrible to people as the TSA here. They should at least treat you with some human decency, especially if you are not causing an issue. MCO do better and be better to people. Treat people with a little of respect on such a stressful day in their lives. Traveling is challenging enough without your security being on their high horses and giving passengers a hard time. I have been completely disappointed each and every time I’ve traveled to Disney and have to come home due to this same issue, but today, with my 8 month old baby, I have never felt like less of a human in my life.

TSA Precheck in MCO was a mess this morning. Staff were not directing people in the right order. We waited in our line while three different rows were going before us. The space was so small for the amount of people that we would’ve done better in the regular TSA line.

Easily one of thee worst airports I have ever been in. LaGuardia is far more pleasant and it was definitely one of the worst! I have CLEAR and it is pretty worthless here. They scan your information just to take you to two other people to rescan you. I guess the third time’s the charm. Then they take you to a line with other people that do NOT have CLEAR. I loathe coming to this airport and cannot wait to move away from it. It is never a pleasure departing here. The only way it would be a pleasure is to know you would never have to return or depart from here again.

Security is way under staffed for a full airport they had 3 lanes open and one of them was pre check & clear so a packed airport and only 2 lanes were active, once passed security if you are there overnight make sure to buy food and drinks before 11 otherwise you won’t have any until 5-6 am when the shops reopen they have vending machines but they only sell Lego and small electronics No food or drink vending machines overall this airport needs a lot of work and Organazation it should get new management and things should be run better

12/08/2023 -- Parking Nightmare. Parking Lots A and B were closed, but I saw many people leaving the parking lot ... Drivers were redirected to other areas and I eventually found parking by the Brighline parking lot. Instead of paying $4 to pick up a passenger, I had to pay $20 and jump on train to take me to the terminal. Surprisingly, there were no more people than usual. Was this a trick to push people to other areas of the airport? This is pretty bad customer service and poor facility planning. What can I say, this is Florida ;-(

If your gate is 70-129, you’ll be waiting to get through security for a while. They ask that people only get in line for security 2hrs before departure. I was in line for 1hr 15mins just to get in a second line that every previous line merges into. Needless to say if I didn’t ask everyone in front of me if they would let me go in front of them, I’m not sure I would have made it. When I boarded, I over heard an attendant say we were missing 30ppl. I have to think some just didn’t make it through security. My friend had a gate in terminal A and was able to get through security in 15minutes. I would use those security lines and walk to your gate after.
