Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast - New Smyrna Beach, Florida

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by Dave the owner you know you have made the right choice. We traveled by boat and appreciated the ability to dock our boat right outside the inn. They had carts to help with the transport of luggage and helped us get our things to our room. The main living area is beautifully decorated and inviting with soft music and lovely decor. The room we chose had its own private balcony which was an additional treat. In the evenings they stock their freezer with multiple flavors of ice cream for all of the guests to enjoy and I happened to mention a flavor which miraculously appeared the next night to my delight. Breakfast in the mornings was made to order by Nathalie and was delicious! My favorite are her breakfast sandwhiches on sourdough! The location is perfect for a nice walk in the morning and evening to the town with quaint shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderful trip and we will stay there again.

My friend and I stayed two nights at this lovely inn. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the general atmosphere of the attractive and well kept property. The large front porch is wonderful for water views and catching breezes. Our dinner recommendation was spot on. Breakfasts are generous and the coffee is great. The dock across the street allows you to be up close and personal with the waterway. Especially lovely for a post-dinner time to relax.

My wife and I stayed for our first time Labor Weekend 2024 and could not have felt more at home with the hospitality of Dave and Nathalie. The coffee and breakfast were great each morning. Peacefull overlooking the intercoastal and walking distance to canal street for dinner and drinks ||We brought our boat with accommodations for truck, trailer and dockage I could not asked for more. ||Planning the next long weekend to come back.

Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast is probably one of the best places to stay at in New Smyrna! I had the opportunity to stay here as a plus one for a wedding back in October.
I did not know anyone except for my date. The owners were so kind and generous. The food that was prepared was delicious, the rooms were always kept clean, and the atmosphere feels so safe and has such a good vibe!
I spent some time talking with the owners while the wedding party had their festivities to take part in. They were such great people and made me feel so welcome. The last day of my stay I even got to go fishing on their son’s boat with his girlfriend and caught a fish! I highly recommend choosing this inn as a place you and your loved ones can stay at for special occasions!

This was our third visit to the Night Swan. But it was our first stay with the current owners, David and Nathalie Glenn. The facilities were as great as in our previous stays, and David and Nathalie have maintained the high standards of the previous owners. |David was helpful and informative during our stay and Nathalie's breakfasts were each special and memorable. There were several other guests while we were there and David and Nathalie somehow managed to make all of us feel we their most important guests! |We highly recommend the Night Swan if you ever visit the New Smyrna Beach Area!

Wow!!! The Night Swan was an unbelievable experience for the entire family! The location is phenomenal! The rooms are super clean and cozy! The breakfast in the morning were exceptional! The kids enjoyed the ice cream and fishing on the dock every night! The hospitality from Dave did not go unnoticed either! We will be back very soon and I have not stopped telling our family and friends all about our time there!!!

The Night Swan is by far the best place to stay in NSB. My family and I have been fortunate enough to stay several times and are always amazed with the cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, and views!!!

We stayed in the Mainsail most recently and it was extremely spacious and comfortable, I can not recommend this room enough.

Natalie and David go above and beyond for their guests and you can tell by how well maintained and cleanly the rooms are. Also the bed was INSANELY comfy. Not too soft, not too firm, just perfect!

In the mornings I would able to take my son fishing on the dock out front for sunrise and watched dolphins and manatees swim by. After a couple hours of fishing we were able to enjoy an AMAZING home made breakfast with a fresh cup of coffee.

All in all, this place deserved more than 5 stars and I can not wait to come back again soon!

Can't say enough good things about the night Swan Intracoastal B&B. The hosts were extremely friendly and made a point to know everyone's name. Breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The grounds were really nice and had a good view of the water. Boat dock was a real plus and the B&B is within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. We highly recommend it!
