I found this place a few years ago and have never had any experience other than stellar. Normally I just get a random stylist, and every single one has done an amazing job, all with an excellent attitude/personality. The building is always clean and visually inviting. Today in particular, I found my new permanent stylist I will always request. Jenni was absolutely amazing!

I never write reviews but this was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I asked for the same thing i get at the every barber shop i’ve gone too. And the guy said he couldn’t do it. Told me that they don’t do fades? After i literally told him i didn’t want a skin fade. Booked a Regular haircut appt. Just a regular fade. Nothing crazy. Tons of attitude. No respect. I literally walked out. I’ll take my money somewhere else. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I came here for an experienced barber that I could trust knows how to do the job. Instead I got someone still learning how to cut hair that only did half the job. I would have literally had a better cut at great clips because they would have finished the job. I was fine with how bad the hair cut was because it grows back or can be corrected elsewhere. What tipped the scales was I didn’t even get the hair blown off of me or the wash apart of the appointment. Literally cut my hair and took the cape off and said you are good with hair all over my face. I was embarrassed standing there checking out at their own business because of the way I looked and the hair falling off of me.

NOVO is one of the best barber shops South of Denver. Classy, high end experience. Pricing is also better than other boutique barbers in town. Lizz is my stylist and always does a GREAT job. Personable, great conversation and always performs cuts well. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially when Lizz is around!

We love Novo Barbers! Steven has always done such a great job with my teenage boys' haircuts. Having twins, and wanting to make sure they each have their own style comes effortlessly (well, for me!) each time we're in. I just tell Steven, "make them look good", and he takes care of the rest. My boys especially love the hot towel treatment. 🙂 The shop is in a cute little location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars, so book your appointment with enough time to check out downtown Castle Rock, too!
