I have been coming to this salon for around 5 years now, and I used to love it. However, over the past two years, the quality and prices of the services have changed DRASTICALLY!! For the past three weeks, I’ve been going to a different salon and they only charge $35 for an S&S manicure if you get it done on your natural nails… And $40 if you get it done with fake tips. Palazzo nail bar used to only charge $45 for SNS with tips… But today I was charged $57 for SNS on my natural nails!! This is absolutely insane. There was another lady at the salon today who was also questioning why she was paying so much money compared to normal. When I went to check out with the manager who works the front desk, she started questioning my technician as to why I was also paying so much. I didn’t understand the reasoning though, and she charged me that price. The service was not good, it felt like my technician was throwing my hands around. She also gave the most minimum massage, and she didn’t put any cuticle oil on my nails like every other technician does. Today was a very bad experience. My fingers and cuticles also feel extremely dry now.

Will not be returning. I used to go here consistently for SNS but stopped getting my nails done for a little while. I returned this past weekend to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The man who did my pedicure actually used the drill they use to remove gel color from your toes on my cuticles instead of actually cutting them like normal. The skin around my toenails was red, raw, inflamed and painful. The woman who did my manicure I asked no less than 3 times for white chrome powder on top of my gel. She tried to stop after just finishing the color so i asked for the chrome powder. She then started to paint a white French tip on my nails and i told her again what i wanted. Finally the other techs chimed in to help. However the gel top coat is already peeling and it’s been only 2 days. I had to cut my own toenails after leaving the salon because I repeatedly told the man to cut my toes shorter and he proceeded to just file them. I was too frustrated to continue trying to ask for what i wanted. Needless to say i paid $110 subpar service with cheap products that peel. I will definitely not be going back.

This was genuinely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in GA. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was definitely worth it.

Let’s break it down-
1. Visited this nail salon yesterday at 5pm & was warmly greeted by the receptionist who I believe her name is Tori. She was so nice ? and offered me refreshments while walking me through their services.

2. I was seated quickly and the store looked pretty clean. Kelly is the one who side my nails and Hanna did my pedi. The employees were also all speaking English and I felt very welcomed here.

3. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. I got natural pink for my dip base with a French gel paint on the thinner side. I decided to be spontaneous and get chrome on my nails, GUYS OMG. This is the best decision I could’ve made. I also got tips and I’m so in love with how they turned out. These nails look so classy with the perfect touch of festivity. See my photos for reference.

4. My pedi was also very nice and the tech took her time with my service. A bit on the slow side but she was very thorough and clean with everything. I usually get cut at other places, but the service went so smoothly and she did great with painting my toes.

Overall I loved my time her and would highly recommend this salon to anyone! I believe they’re also giving out prizes with the raffle tickets at this time so give them a visit y’all!

Tracy is absolutely amazing! I live in Oregon and will fly to Georgia just to see her. She is honestly the best! Book her in advance you will not be disappointed

EXCELLENT SERVICE! they Nee did a great job on my nails. She was so gentle and she did NOT drill alot ❤️. This will definitely be my permanent spot.

I had a very unpleasant experience here, the first thing I will say is that the woman who served me had a horrible attitude, whenever I go to that place I like the regular color (NO GEL) it is my taste I am the client and I ask for it as I wish I like it, whenever I go I paint my nails with a regular color today the manicurist could tell on her face that she did not want to attend to me after she finished painting my nails she takes me to the place where I wait with some fans on the table so that they they dried I was sitting there for 45 minutes without stopping my nails never dried which before they dried me with the fans in 15 minutes and this was not the case I talked to them and the only thing they told me was you don't paint it with gel and so on It's me, I explained to him before that I didn't use GEL and if they dried me easily and this time they didn't, they can't force me to put on GEL if I don't want to and I don't like it! They are lousy at serving customers. I will NEVER go to that place AGAIN! horrified

I got a gel manicure for $25, and when I went back the next week, they tried to charge me $35 for the same exact thing, and when I showed them the proof , they said I should appreciate the “discount” I got the week before and check the prices before I get my nails done. I told them to take the polish off or charge me $20 because they rushed and left bubbles on my nails , and made fun of my cuticles the entire time I was in the chair. I’ve given them multiple chances , but I will not be returning after this experience.
