This is definitely my new go-to nail salon. Tiffany answered all my questions until I fully understood what I was having done. She also gave me a great nail design and an amazing pedicure. The location is clean and everyone seemed genuinely nice. It’s been a while since I felt this comfortable in a nail salon. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The atmosphere is fantastic, It always makes me feel like i’m walking into a barbie movie. it’s super clean, which is something I have to especially care about as a diabetic. I use to struggle finding nail techs that could do what I like, since I like doing detailed designs, but when I tell you that my nails are always EXACTLY to photo i truly mean it. Everyone is super nice, i was kind of anxious at first but my nerves were calmed so quickly.

This is the cutest nail salon I’ve been to in Boston so far! It’s clean, beautifully decorated, and there are plenty of colors to choose from. Jenny was courteous, sweet, and (as you can see from the pictures) very talented! I’ll definitely be going again 🙂

I came to Boston to visit my family for my birthday and my sister took me to Pastels to get my nails and feet done. The environment is beautiful and the staff is so helpful and sweet! They did the most amazing job on my nails!!! I would drive all the way from New Jersey just to come back here! If you haven’t been to Pastels you absolutely need to treat yourself to the experience!!

Love this place so much!!

Thank you so much KK for doing mine and my bestie's nails. They look GORGEOUS!! The staff is so nice here and so helpful with any questions. Seriously, it's only my second time getting my nails done and KK walked through each step and confirmed every time that the nails were looking how I wanted. She's super patient and supportive and amazing at her job!!

This time I got a light pink and white ombre for the base. The charms are so cute!!

The entire vibe of this nail salon is so adorable and clean!! If you love a cute aesthetic and sexy or cute nails, legit go here!!

KK is hands down the absolute best at ANY nail technique, from dip to gel x and anything else. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she is the most welcoming. Tina is also so incredibly knowledgeable and her customer service skills make you always want to come back! She gives an absolute PERFECT pedicure every time! I love these ladies!
