Tommie is the absolute best! I’ve been going to him for the last 3 or so years. I’m constantly changing my hairstyles. I don’t usually bring reference photos but tell him what I’m going for and he somehow always manages to nail it every time! Whether it’s a bald fade or scissor work for my longer hair he has honed his skills to be a master at his craft!! I cannot recommend him enough.

Both Puro’s are great. This one seems to have slightly less traffic, possibly just due to its location. This place is amazing and hasn’t failed me once. Great atmosphere. Great barbers. I gotta give a shout out to Zach G. He’s been giving me 5/5⭐️ hair ✂️s. Tommy is a genius with his work as well. Haven’t met a barber at Puro’s I haven’t liked, especially at this location

Nate is an artist with a blade, by choice, my dome has been hairless for decades, Nate’s gifted hands with a razor shape blade glides over the scalp without you feeling his blade taking the hair off. Absolutely undoubtedly the best head shave I’ve had, and my noggin sees the blade at least once a week for the past 30 years.

Nate. I’m coming back to San Antonio from Jersey just for the amazing shave. Thank you.

Well I've found my new barber today. I work just a few blocks from Puro handsome barbers on Jefferson street so i decided to try it out. This was the best experience ive had at a barbershop. Zach is the most genuine of barbers that i have had the pleasure of meeting. I was impressed with his professionalism and cofidence he has in his craft as well as the inerest he takes in getting to know his clients. Keep up the great work Zach and thanks for the great cut. I will definitely be going back.

These guys are the best! Nathan is my go-to, but Zach and Tommy are also great! The treatment is worth more than the price. The music is always great. And there's always a drink waiting for you.

Esteban and crew always have the best tunes, smooth drinks and the fresh fades ain’t too bad neither! Appreciate how patient he is with my hyper active 5yo as well. Their mexi-can-do attitude has kept (and will keep) me coming back!

Nate's an artisan. I came in for a beard trim as I was getting really scraggly. I left looking like a chiseled jawed Chad from a cologne ad. Hands-down the best barber shop experience.
