An amazing team I’ve arrived with 2 broken nail they redid them all and put the 2 hours it it the job came out amazing and i didn’t even scheduled an appointment I’ve just showed up and they let me in

The service was great and I’m really really happy with my nails. I arrived thirty minutes before they closed, without and appointment and they still let me in. They tried communicating in English with my by using google translate. I paid €20 to get gel removed and reapplied. The manicure was different to what I have gotten done before as they did not soak nails, however I have to rate this one of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten. The lady paid super close attention to detail and the color and nail result was perfect!

Imma is the best! I got my nails done here a couple times while staying in Naples. I always got semipermanente because that’s their basic gel manicure with builder gel. I originally wanted to get acrylics because that’s what I usually get at home since they last longer. However, the semipermanente lasted even longer than most of the acrylics I’ve had.

Imma had fantastic attention to detail and made my nails look beautiful both times I came!! The first time she was a tad aggressive with my nails and cut them short but the end result was beautiful! Worth the pain 😂 I still came back and the next time she gave me the perfect manicure, even offering to do different colors but I opted for something simple. 😊 I would love to come back here for the rest of my life but sadly had to leave Napoli. If I ever move to Napoli, I would get my nails done here exclusively!

I give 2 stars just because the girl who served me could not speak English yet she tried by using google translation, which I found very sweet. Yet, the place is small and for my standards dirty. I did semi permanent manicure and some nails were thick, not very successful result in all of them. They do not use water and do not soften the nail before. I was not happy overall

The woman who did my nails was very rough, I have never been in pain before when having my nails done. First she didn’t take care when filing my old acrylic with the rotating file and hurt my nail bed multiple times, then she made my cuticles bleed when cutting out the old skin, and then when she was filing my nails she was doing it so rough that my cuticles on some fingers bled. She never said sorry even when I told her multiple times. The nails are also very thick I was horrified when I saw her applying the mounds of acrylic powder 😱 today I have still dried blood on my pinky and two more fingers and which does not look nice - I thought at least this would wash off but no. Please for the love of god teach this woman how to be gentle and also more polite . I was very desperate to have my nails done as they were very grown out but would never make the same mistake to go back here

Travelling from Australia and got gel nails done here. They did a fantastic job and paid great attention to detail. Only cost 20€ to remove gel and re-apply! Highly recommend.

I love my nails, they’re perfect 😍 the lady was very good and speaks English well. €20 for removal and reapplication of gel polish. Very happy, I’ll definitely return. Thank you!
