小林さんという方が担当してくださいました！とても丁寧に対応や説明してくださり、興味のあるアイシャドウなどの個人的に使いにくそうな色もしっかり使い方を教えて頂きとってもよかったです！この後予定があり30分ほどしか時間がないとお伝えしたらタッチアップ込みでしっかり30分で接客してくださり、感動しました。シュウウエムラのスタッフさんは大体何処も親切なので買い物が萎縮せずにできおすすめです！

公式オンラインに電話でショッピングをお楽しみいただけますとか書いておいていざ電話しても全く繋がらない、だけならまだしも、ようやく繋がったと思えば「呼び出しましたが近くにおりません…」とは？？
専用のダイヤル、専用のスタッフを置くべきではないの？
現在600回ほどかけているがそのうち5回ほど繋がったかと思えば全てこれ。
繋がらなくても繋がった時に対応されれば報われることもあるが、そもそも誰も出る気がない電話を設置するなと思う。
この時間ひたすら意味がないのでどこかで客が見切りをつけるべきなんだろうな。
客の時間を奪っている自覚がなさすぎふざけすぎ。
先日のオンラインでもノベルティをLIVE試聴で釣っておいて最後まで見ても鯖落ちしてようやく注文完了できるかと思いきや予定数終了。誠意がなさすぎ。店としてどうかと思う。

One of the best experiences I have had in a makeup store. It's the flagship store in harajuku and you get a flagship experience.
The team member (I believe her name was Aki)
Was amazing! She was so helpful and recommended some great products for me. Walked in just after an eyeliner and walked out with so much more.
So impressed by this customer experience.

She carefully helped me choose eyeshadow colors and tried makeup for each product seriously. Not only that, she is very good at English.

At Shu Uemura in Japan, there's also a free engraving service not available in Taiwan. The finished products are super cute. Highly recommend everyone to come and find AZUMA.

Disappointed with my experience visiting this store with my wife. I am leaving this review in the hopes that someone might read it and improve their customer service. Great products and the first staff member was nice enough… but they take it straight to the counter and then follow you around the store which feels really uncomfortable. We had already selected a product, but were tailed the remainder of our time there. Not 100% if we were racially profiled - but as a friendly tip, following your customers and treating them with suspicion is really off putting and I certainly wouldn’t come here again based off how we were treated. Do better.
