When I arrived at the shop Tristan greeted me with a beautiful smile. He was with another client and offered me a drink while I waited. The shop is very clean and organized. There’s an eclectic design and vibe, I really liked it. Tristan is very attentive, my hair had reached down to my waist and he cut the length, gave me long layers. I still have lots of hair. I love how he styled my hair and conditioned it. He recommended some hair products that work great with my hair. Making an appointment was easy as was finding Virtus shop. Tristan has a variety of clients from adults to children. It was my first visit, I truly enjoyed Tristan working on my hair it was a mess. Thank you so much Tristan I will definitely schedule another appointment.

Veronica at Virtus did a fantastic job with my hair, she looked at the reference for all of five seconds and replicated it perfectly. She also recommended a hair product I didn’t even know I had been looking for. Thanks Veronica. I see why this place is rated among the best in Dallas.

Going here for three years and I’ve only been disappointed once out of a dozen times. The staff here is just so top notch, low turnover for very good reason. I’ve had 2-3 “main” barbers and they’ve all made me feel looking my best.

Top marks especially go to Kyle, their newest barber. My says my latest cut/beard shaping is the best she’s ever seen.

For the past several months I've been searching for a new place to get my hair cut, after frequenting a pricey salon for many years, mostly out of comfort and with just decent satisfaction. I've wanted something closer to me, with barbers/stylists actually specializing in men's hair, and ideally being more affordable than what I'd been paying previously. While I located several barbershops in my area, many were not my vibe, or too upscale masculine (wood-panel and leather everything, scotch, etc.) for my taste, or even just as expensive as a salon. But then I (thankfully) found and visited Virtus, which I'm happy to say has met all my criteria and, finally, left me feeling very satisfied with my hairstyle. From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe and style of the place - not at all pretentious or bougie, but down-to-earth classic and comfortable, with great decor. In having done a little research on all the barbers there beforehand, I'd decided to go with Brennan (although I honestly believe any of the staff would've been great). Brennan impressed me not only with his detailed assessment of my hair's initial appearance and cut, but also his clear knowledge and confidence on how he'd provide the results I'd requested. I knew I was in good hands from the outset, and afterward, I know I have a new home for hair care. If you're looking for a chill spot in the community to get your hair (or beard) looking right, definitely give Virtus a shot!
